Overall, it can be clearly seen that there are 13


stages in the process of packaging fish, beginning with catching by net and culminating in selling in the
fish shop.

To begin with, the fish caught with the net is transported to the port. After that, the fish stored in the
port is sent for freezing.What happens next is frozen fish is melted and thrown into water. Once that is
done, fish thawed in water is chopped and opened. The chopped fish is followed by thrown into salt
water for being yellow colour. Then, salted fish is smoked for further processing.

İn the subsequent stage, smoked fish is packaged. After after packaging, they freeze the fish in the 0* C.
Following that, frozen fish is stored in cold storage. Finnaly, the fish stored in the cold storage for saleing
in the store is distributed to the stores.
