The given diagram illustrates how cement is produced.

Overall, it can be clearly seen that there are 5 stages in the process of making cement , beginning with
crushing and culminating in bagging. Compare to cement production, making concrete is less
complicated.

To begin with, limestone and clay are crushed and turned into dust. After that, the powder passed
through a mixer device. What happens next is the powder passed through the mixer heated by passing
through a rotary heater. Once that is done, the heated powder is poured onto the grinder and becomes
cement. Then, cement is bagged for further processing.

In the subsequent stage, Gravel and sand are mainly used to make cement, which make up 50 % and 25
% of concrete. After adding sand and gravel, water and cement are added. Finally, concrete is obtained
when all products are mixed in concrete mixer. That is the whole process.
