Process of making cement- concrete

The flowchart presents information regarding the processes of how cement and concrete are made.
Overall, it can be seen that there are 2 distinct processes, numerous steps are executed in making
cement, while the process of producing concrete only consists of 1.

With regards to the cement production, limestone and clay are crushed in to powder first by a
crusher. After that, the powder is mixed before being heated by a rotating heater in the subsequent
step. Next, the post- heated product will be turned into cement by a grinder. Finally, the cement
will be packaged and transferred to the concrete production plant.

Moving on to the concrete- making stage, the process is less complicated than the former one. The
involving components comprise gravel, which accounts for half of the total materials. The others
such as sand, cement, and water just make up smaller proportion, at 25%, 15% and 10% in the
given order. All of them will be mixed together by a concrete mixer.
