The given diagrams illustrate the phases and

apparatus to make cement and how cement is


utilised in the production of concrete for
construction.
Overall, concrete production requires fewer
types of equipments, but more ingredients. And
we also see that creating concrete needs
preparing the exact composition of each
material.
The production of cement involves a 5 stage, the
first step to produce cement is limestone and
clay are crushed and become powder then they
go through a rotating heater. The next step they
are heated by the rotating heater and across a
grinder. Finally the cement has been produced,
it is packaged.
The beginning of the whole concrete production
is marked by 15% cement, 25% sand, 10%
water and 50% gravel. All of those materials are
mixed together in a rotating concrete mixer.
Unlike with the cement production, the concrete
production doesn't need a lot of special
equipment like crushers or rotating heaters.
