The given diagrams illustrates the steps and equipment needed to make cement and
the process of producing concrete for building purposes.
Overall, the process of cement production consists of 5 stages, beginning with
crushing limestone and clay and ending with cememt being packed in bags.
Moreover, the concrete production involves in mixing four different materials.
The cement production begins with limestone and clay being crushed into powder
in a crusher. Subsequently, a mixer is used to mixed them. The process continues
with this mixture goes into a rotating heater which works with heat. In the next
stage, they are put on a grinder, followed by grinded into cement. Afterward,
cement is packed into bags.
Regarding the concrete prodution, 15% cement being mixed with other material
such as water, sand and gravel ina certain proportion (10%, 25% and 50%). Once
this step is completed, a mixture is introduced in a concrete mixer.
