Conciliation is the most efficient way to solve this conflict, the shareholders can be informed

for cost cutting and the interest of the customers will also be kept save.

3) LOCAL COMMUNITIES VS CORPORATE EXPANSION

public problems such as traffic. To resolve the conflict public relations should be taken
into consideration and can be employed to convey favorable information about the
company to the media and the local community. Ensuring that they are kept informed
and knowledgeable about the company’s activities and anticipated modifications can
diminish misunderstandings and potential conflicts with stakeholders. The company can
start crowd funding and raise finance to upgrade to eco friendly mays to process and
progress in the company.
