1 What is it about? What is it for?

From an astonishing true story, seventeen-year-old Zach Sobiech is a
fun-loving high school senior with raw musical potential. A few weeks
into his senior year, Zach's world turns upside down when he learns his
cancer has spread and he has six months to survive. He and his best
buddy and writing partner, Sammy, plan to compose an album in their
limited time. The world will soon catch on and they will go viral. Zach
realizes that no matter how he spends his time, he will injure his loved
ones, including his girlfriend Amy, as time runs out. Zach must make
tough decisions about how he spends his time and, more importantly,
with whom as his health declines. He discovers that music is the perfect
way to say goodbye, creating his hit song CLOUDS. Zach's remarkable
narrative shows what can happen when you live as if everyday could
be your last with a frank, uncensored, and beautiful look at the
heartbreaking duality of life set to uplifting music.

2. What is it made of?

In October 2020, Disney+ released "Clouds," an inspiring movie about teen musician Zach
Sobiech, who became famous before dying in 2013 of osteosarcoma, a dangerous bone
cancer. The movie, which was directed by Justin Baldoni, is about Zach's last year of high
school and life. It carries a PG-13 rating for brief strong language. A 121-minute film. The
actors in this film are phenomenal, particularly Fin Argus as Zach, Sabrina Carpenter as
Sammy, Madison Iseman as Amy, and Neve Campbell as Laura Sobiec. Brian Tyler
composed the music, Ben Kutchins directed the cinematography, and Brett M. Reed was
responsible for the edits.

3. What is its style?

"Clouds" is based on the memoir "Clouds: A Memoir" written by
Zach's mother, Laura Sobiech. Laura wrote the book in just
twelve weeks, promptly following Zach's passing on May 20,
2013. Clouds is based on the true tale of 17-year-old Zach
Sobiech, who wrote a song to bid farewell to his family and
friends. This film is a biographical musical drama young adult
film with romantic elements. Zach (Fin Argus) has been fighting
cancer for years and just learned it will kill him when the film
begins. He writes songs to say goodbye to family and friends. His
most famous song, "Clouds," went viral in Minnesota, then the

4. How good is it?

Most teenagers feel invisible, not the superman kind of invisible but
the kind of invisibility that tricks you into believing tomorrow might
be a better day to start chasing your dreams", the quote based on this
movie. What other people take for granted, others are fighting for it,
that line hit so hard, and just not that there were many lines that
were hard-hitting. This is way beyond beautiful and I really don't
know if my words are enough for this masterpiece. Brilliant
Direction, Top notch acting, the music is inspiring, amazing and I
could feel it. I could feel I was right there watching everything. Never
knew Zach Sobiech before, but now will remember his name to my
grave. I just can't stop sobbing after watching the movie. Clouds is so
good that I found myself crying for days after seeing it. I usually enjoy
this type of film since it is really moving, and as a drama queen,
anything that makes me cry for days is unbelievably beautiful and
brilliant. Seems like a simple story, but touches your heart deeply,
genuinity to its core, emotionally overwhelming, this biopic has much
more to offer. "You don't need to find out you're dying to start living",
a must watch movie.
