Chili Ginger Brew

Veggie Lo Mein

Serves: 5 cups Active time: 20 min Total time: 20 min

Ingredients

1 thumb size ginger, crushed


1 cup fresh mint
¼ cup fresh stevia (or other natural sweetener)
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp cayenne powder
5 cups water

Directions

• Place water and ginger in a saucepan and bring to boil.


• Lower the heat, add the mint and stevia and let simmer
for 2 minutes.
• Add the cayenne powder and give it a good stir.
• Serve hot.
