Words of Acceptance

A pleasant day to our President and Chairman of the Board, Rev. Barnabas Lee,
and our beloved School Directress, Ma’am Hannah Lee. Our school principal, Ma’am
Mila Peña, to our Secretary of the Board, Mrs. Irene Resuena, our distinguished guest,
Dr. Nita Morallo, school officials, our prestigious teachers, the dearest parents, and
companions. It is my humble honor and distinct privilege to herald your presence and
speak before you. To begin,
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the Lord above, my devoted
family, passionate teachers, studious classmates, and comrades. The aftermath of the
pandemic truly left us with memories that would linger upon us, however, it also left us
qualities that we ourselves never knew. The human body is remarkable as we adapt to
our environment. We remained on our feet and continued to walk through every road
ahead, let’s give every one of us a pat on the shoulder. Truly, the road was not a path
that showered candy and wonders, rather it had storms that we were not prepared for,
however, we preserved and strive to see the other end.
On behalf of The Grade 11 student of BCMA, we openly and humbly accept your
challenge. To embody resilience, creativity, and determination while facing difficulties, to
embrace uncertainty and to transform, to stay curious and learn. We’ll keep our feet on
the ground as the world continues to evolve, and we’ll stay flexible and innovative while
thriving. We’ll act as a source of strength to everyone around us, reach out and offer
support to those in need, to be a part of the community that shows what a better world
we are capable of. To remain grateful for opportunities and people behind our success
and to greet opportunity with courage, determination, and grace. We’ll continue to
possess the power to shape our desires and positively impact the world as we leave this
chapter and move upon the next.
Thank you once again for this incredible honor!
