Shortcuts FOR MS Office!

1) HOME KEY- To move the cursor before the sentence.

2)END KEY- To move the cursor after the sentence.

3)SHIFT + HOME KEY- Right to Left

4)SHIFT + END KEY- Left to Right

5)Select the text first then, CTRL + B,I,U

6)SHIFT + ALT + D-For date

7)CTRL + R-Right Alignment.

8)CTRL + L- Left Alignment.

9)CTRL + E- For Centre

10)=RAND(3,5)-For paragraph. 3 is for paragraph & 5 for lines.

11)CTRL + J-For Alignment

12) Move the cursor away from the sentence and then click left key on mouse- to select words in a
line

28)SAVE AS option is used to do 3 things , 1 st to save the file with new name. 2 nd to save a file with
different file format 3rd to save the file in different location.

30)SUB LIST-TAB KEY allows us to create a sub list.
