Here is what you do…..
1. Lightly press your ring and middle fingers against the inside of
your wrist to feel your pulse.
2. Sit quietly for one minute and then measure your resting heart
rate by counting your pulse for 15 seconds.
3. Multiply the numbers of pulse beats by four to calculate the
number of beats per minute.
