    1. What are your personal thought about the difference between Leadership and Management. Do you
    agree and are these principles still applicable?

    In my personal thought about the difference of leadership and management is that leadership is a
    natural ability of a person to influence others that surrounds him/her. It is a natural ability that cannot
    be get by just being a leader but it can be performed based in your personality if you have a talent to
    influence others and motivate others in order to contribute into success or goal. While management
    based on the the video that I have watched is that it focus on administering and executing the plan that
    was formulated by the leaders in irder to achieve their objectives. Most of the people has the quality of
    being a manager and can performe right management but not most of the people has the quality of a
    leader and not most of the leader can perform what we call leadership.

    2. Describe a real personal experience illustrating the application of Leadership and Management? Was
    it effective or ineffective?

    In my personal experience that illustrated the leadership and management is that when I was in high
    school or in the secondary level of education where there is a teacher advisor of the every section and in
    every section there is a respective officers. The teacher advisor is can be classified as a leader at that
    time because they are the one who create rules and regulations inside the classroom and during classes
    that every student should follow. The teacher advisor also influence their students because they are
    treated as a second parent of the student and the student follow their teachers. The officers inside the
    classroom can be classified as a management who managing the class because they are the one who
    implemented the rules that was given by the teachers inorder to achieve their everyday objectives and
    it is very effective because the class inside the room that has leadership and management is very
    cooperative and productive in every classes.
