Mr. has been very fond of farms since childhood when he visited his grandfather in the
countryside who owned a dairy farm where his love for farms and animals grew and he wanted
to remain in this area of business since then. Throughout the years he has been working out all
the problems, bugs and management issues related to the production. Mr. is quite wealthy but to
finance the full time production he needed to purchase a lot of long term assets. The time he was
fully prepared for success in this area of business he was seeking a 10 year loan which would
finance the growth of the business and make the idea a reality. After the approval of the loan he
is now hungry to succeed in owning one of the biggest farms in the country. Till now his

involvement of third party milk processors and package suppliers which are in its contract and
receive 15% in sales but are liability free which gives them zero partnership.
Mr. owns all the equipment and assets and has only one major liability of the loan he received
and the structure of the company is due to the stable income, long term viability and low risk
factor involved in the dairy industry in Canada.

Location and facilities :

The farm is located in Québec, Canada in a peaceful remote location where the atmosphere is
dairy friendly and the weather is dryer. The total land is 280 acres and is owned my Mr.. It has
the facility to accommodate liquid manure and more than 1500 cattle’s. Its milking facilities
include a double 16 parallel milking parlor and 12 cow housing barns (100ft × 572ft) in number
and more can be constructed over time. Easy available rations and feeds in the area, also can
grow in farm as well.
