According to the graph above, it seems that Gidron and Mackenzie have both shown to
have good active listening abilities. This is a crucial skill for mediators to possess since it
enables them to thoroughly comprehend the perspectives and issues of the parties.
Bryan seemed to have been extremely helpful throughout the mediation process, as well.
For a new mother like Laura who might be feeling overburdened and worn out, this might
be immensely helpful. Bryan is demonstrating his willingness to cooperate with Laura to
find a solution by offering moral support and being a proactive co-parent. Overall, it is
crucial to remember that effective mediation frequently requires a collaborative effort.
While Bryan's openness and willingness to participate are crucial, Mackenzie and Gidron
are in charge of leading the discussion and making sure that everyone's perspectives are
heard. The parties can come up with a solution that benefits everyone concerned by
cooperating.
