❖ I’ve been working in NICU for 20 years and had 4 years of experience in ER and OPD in the
Philippines. I am experienced in most of the newborn cases since our NICU is accepting mainly
cases of Premature babies, IDM, MAS, TTN, RDS, HIE, Surgical cases, IUGR, Low Birth
Weight Infants, Tetanus Neonatorum, etc...

 Our NICU in KAAH-JEDDAH is a unit with 20 beds capacity caring for sick and critical
Neonates. There is a facility for the Ventilation of 10 babies including High-Frequency
ventilation. It serves as a referral center for JEDDAH and its environs. We are also
accepting Interns and Cross trainees whom I used to handle as a preceptor.

❖ As a NICU registered Nurse I specialized in the treatment and care of newborns in intensive
care and their parents. I work with a team of other healthcare professionals to provide the
necessary medical care for infants. I had met the requirements to become a registered nurse
and gained experience in intensive care. I consider myself a critical care specialist licensed
as BSN with an RN degree.

❖ I also joined Education Department for 3 years as a Clinical Instructor. I covered mainly
NICU, Premature Nursery, and Pediatric Ward, presently I am now a Clinical Skills Center
coordinator and NRP Instructor at the same time, with a great passion for teaching.

❖ I was registered as an NRP instructor in 2016 and a member of the Saudi Neonatology
Society. I am regularly teaching in our KAAH Training Center. I am conducting reviews and
practices with my colleagues about the updates of NRP and sustaining students’ and new
staff’s interest in this course.
❖ I can speak basic Arabic Language.
❖ I am one of the speakers during National Prematurity day events in KAAH.
❖ I know basic computer, I can use PowerPoint and Microsoft.
❖ I was once part of the PHC developing program and I joined their Policymaking.
❖ I am participating as a member of most NICU projects.
 I am one of the Clinical skill Coordinator and can able to manage Center Skills Courses
