_____ Step 2: Power down asset and switch master disconnect to “OFF”

_____ Step 3: Remove Product Link radio that is being replaced and cap any unused wiring
Note: Radio being replaced must be removed to avoid conflicting data communication
_____ Step 5: Connect to asset with Cat® ET to verify operation of new PL device and firmware version
Note: If firmware updates are needed proceed to the WinFlash section of ET to update
Note: An Ethernet (425-6889) service tool or a standard Cat5 cable is required to flash the radio
_____ Step 6: Using WinFlash update the Network Manager firmware to 2019.1 or newer
Note: An Ethernet cable or a standard Cat5 cable is required to flash the Network Manager
_____ Step 7: Using Cat® ET, ensure Service Meter Hours (SMH) are correct
_____ Step 8: Using Cat® ET, Generate a post-swap Product Status Report (PSR)
_____ Step 9: Ensure connection to back office/web through DSP or Service Dashboard prior to leaving asset
