Disassemble

Remove air vent. pump and metering diaphragm

Check for cracks, deformation or wear. Replace if


necesssary.

Remove pump diaphragm

Check pump diaphragm for cracks, deformation or wear.


Replace if necassary

Remove fuel filter carefully, clean filter with compressed


air, do not deform

Clean all passages with compressed air

Remove the throttle shaft, not necassery but it will make


cleaning easyer.

Clean all holes with small needle


How to clean GX100 KRDF diaphragm carburator

Use compressed air to clean small holes. Note: blow from small holes to
inside of carburator. (blow dirt backwads through carburator)

Remove float needle, be


careful with the spring.

Clean all passages with compressed air.


Blow dirt backwards…

Reassemble

Be sure to fit the fabric sealing

Meetering diaphragm and air vent. pump


Float needle

Reassemble fuel filter.


Do not deform.

Reassemble pump
diaphragm. Do not deform.

Make sure cover and lever


is in the correct position

Installation.
First time starting may be
difficult because fuel line
and carburator is empty
