3) CHECK DIAPHRAGM ( cracks, deformation ) REPLACE IF NECESSARY :

6) REMOVE PUMP DIAPHRAGM COVER:

7) CHECK PUMP DIAPHRAGM (cracks, wear) REPLACE IF NECESSARY:

8) CLEAN ALL PASSAGES IN THE COVER USING AIR GUN :

9 ) CHECK FUEL FILTER / REMOVE CAREFULLY

10 ) CLEAN FILTER WITH AIR GUN – DO NOT DEFORM !

11 ) CLEAN LOW SPEED HOLES WITH SMALL NEEDLE

12 ) CLEAN LOW SPEED PASSAGES WITH AIR GUN

ATTENTION:
BLOW FROM SMALL HOLE
(THROTTLE VALVE SIDE) TO
INSIDE OF CARBURETOR

13) CLEAN VENTURI / OTHER PASSAGES BY AIR GUN :

14) PUT FUEL FILTER BACK-ATTENTION TO CORRECT POSITION

17) REFIT COVER / DIAPHRAGM - ATTENTION TO CORRECT POSITION !

18) MOUNT MAIN JET AND DIAPHRAGM + COVER - ATTENTION TO

18) INSTALL CARBURETOR AND START ENGINE :

First time starting may be difficult because carburettor is empty.
