Times: Saturday: Doors open at 8:30a with running events starting at 9:30a. Field Events
warm ups start after running events finish (estimated 3:00p)
Entry Fee: Athletes and children free. Adults (parents, coaches, fans,...) $5 each, max of $15 per
family
Waiver: All athletes and parents will be required to sign our waiver form. This may be printed off
and signed in advance.
Athlete #: Athletes will be given an athlete number to be worn on the front of the uniform; pole
vaulters may wear their number on their backs.
Spikes: ¼” pyramid spikes only. Spikes will be checked for correct type and length upon
entry to the meet; please have them ready and available. Spikes will be carried to
the event staging area and can be worn for event warm up. Upon finishing the race,
athletes will remove their spikes prior to leaving the finish line area. Field event athletes
should remove spikes after completing their event. DO NOT wear spikes on the
smooth rubber courts, the carpeted areas, bleachers, or the concrete floors.
Keep spikes on the Mondo track surface only.
Hip #: Athletes will be given stick on hip numbers from the Clerk of the Course at the event
staging area; these should be placed on the left hip where it is visible for the finish line
camera.
Food/Drink: Our concession stand will be open on Saturday starting at 8:30a. Athletes may bring
their own food and drink HOWEVER no food or drinks are allowed in the bleachers
or competition area. Only water is allowed in the competition area. Athletes or
spectators found with food or drink in the competition area will be asked to leave the
area. Food and drink may be consumed in the concrete hallway directly above the
bleachers while still in full view of the competition. Please help us keep our facilities
clean and pristine. Thank you!
Timeline: A timeline will be sent out to athletes once registration has ended and we determine the
number of heats per event.
AT: We will have a Certified Athletic Trainer on site and available during the meet.
Heat Sheets: Event heat sheets will be posted in the Main Hallway near TRAC Classroom East.
Results: Event results will be posted after each event in the Main Hallway near TRAC Classroom
East. We will also post results through DirectAthletics.com and IndianaRunner.com at
the conclusion of the meet.
Blocks/ Warsaw Community High School will provide starting blocks and shot puts for the
Shot Puts meets. Please do not bring your own blocks or shot puts.
