1. Maintain Co. Area -- Select maintain controlling area --- Click on New Entries --- save --- continue
2. Assignment of Co Code --- double click -- select New Entries -- save

3. Activate components/control indicators --- New Entries -- save

II. Number Ranges (kank)

1. Maintain Number Ranges for Controlling Document --- select copy Icon -- give from 1000 to nk90 (ur
controlling area) -- press enter

To check whether copied or not give your Co. Area NK90 --- select Intervals --- then come back
If you want to see coin, select your Co. Area NK90 then select over view symbol find there
III. Version (okeq) (Values store in Controlling)

1. Maintain Versions --- select 0(zero)version --- double click on Controlling area setting --- here set ur
controlling area (if your Co. Area available), if not able to find your Co. Area, go to t code okks then give
your co. area then save it as shown in below screen shot
2. select zero version --- click on settings for each fiscal year --- select details symbol (search) -- give all
details in planning, price calculation --- save

1. Controlling --- Profit Center Accounting --- Basic settings --- Controlling Area Settings -- select Maintain
controlling area settings -- give all details --- save

1. profit center give name as nkpc1 after that give all details and click on activate button

2. Profit center give name as nkpc2 after that give all details and click on activate button

3. Profit center give name as nkpc3 after that give all details and click on activate button

Select Profit Center -- Master Data -- Profit Center Group -- KCH1

1. Profit center group give name as nk90allpcg, give all profit center group-nk90 -- save --- click on
nk90allpcg --- select profit center icon --- give nkpc1,nkpc2,nkpc3 then click on save
IX. Cost Center group Settings (okeon)

Select -- Controlling -- Cost Center Accounting -- Master Data -- Standard Hierarchy -- Select okeon

1. Cost Center group setting for nk90, nk91, nk92

a. select your nkstdcc --- right click --- create group (lower level) -- group name as nk90, cost center
group nk90_co code -- save and below screenshot for all remain b,c

b. select your nkstdcc --- right click --- create group (lower level) --- group name as nk91, cost center
group nk90_co code -- save

c. select your nkstdcc --- right click --- create group(lower level) --- group name as nk92, cost center

b. creating Group for cost centers (ksh1)

Controlling -- Cost Center Accounting -- Master Data -- Cost Center Group -- ksh1 -- give name as
NKALLCCG then press enter key
