Hebei Muyuan Pump Industry was established in 2005, and it covers an area of 75,000
square meters. It set up foundry shop, machining shop, assembly shop, pump research &
testing center.
Muyuan Pump focuses primarily on the production and supply of high quality slurry pump,
centrifugal clear water pump, and petrochemical process pumps. With an annual output of
8,000 sets of pumps, 20,000 tons of wear-resistant parts, which are widely used for the
mining, mineral processing, power plant, chemical and other industries.
With years of experiences in developing innovative wear resistance products for varies

Introduction
Series MVB petrochemical process pump is a double-casing, diffuser vertically suspended
pump. It is fully compliant with the latest ISO 13709/API 610 (VS6 or VS1) standards and
designed for continuous unshared duty at a variety of high-pressure services, operating at
temperature extremes and handling difficult liquids, especially low NPSH.

Pump Structures
Casing
Double Casing, diffuser and vertically suspended design meets requirement of low NPSH.
Casing and Impeller Wear Rings feature a minimum hardness difference between them.
These rings prevent galling, allow economical retention of operating efficiency and maintain
mechanical stability.
Pump Bearings and Lubrication
Separate axial thrust bearing assembly designed to withstand total hydraulic thrust and rotor
weight.
Shaft and Shaft Seal
ISO 21049/API 682 seal chambers operate at suction pressure and allow for installation of
cartridge-style single, dual unpressurized and dual pressurized mechanical seals to meet
required safety and environmental requirements.
Others
Spacer type coupling permits easy maintenance of thrust bearings and mechanical seals
without disturbing or removing driver.
Screen-type non-sparking coupling guard provides safety while allowing visual inspection of
coupling and mechanical seal areas.
Optional VS1 type without the outer casing.
Rotating Direction
The direction of rotation of the pump is CW when viewed from the driven end.
