Method:
1. MUDDLE GULKAND AND MINT LEAVES IN THE
GLASS.
2. LAYER THE GLASS WITH ICE AND ROSE
PETALS IN ALTERNATE PATTERN
3. TOP UP WITH CLUB SODA AND GIVE IT A
GENTLE STIR.
4. Garnish the glass with a lemon wedge.

GARNISH- CHARRED GREEN CHILLI AND RIMMING THE
GLASS WITH GINGER LEMON JUICE AND DESSICATED
COCONUT

5 SIMPLE SYRUP 1.5 OZ
6 LEMON GINGER JUICE FOR RIMMING
7 DESSICATED COCONUT FOR GARNISH
8 ICE CUBES AS REQUIRED

METHOD:
1. SMOKE TWO GREEN CHILLIES ON A STOVE.
2. MUDDLE THE GREEN CHILLIES IN THE SHAKER.
3. ADD SIMPLE SYRUP, GINGER SYRUP AND LEMON
JUICE.
4. ADD ICE AND POUR IN COCONUT MILK AND THEN
SHAKE THE MOCKTAIL.
5. RIM THE GLASS WITH DESSICATED COCNUT USING
LEMON GINGER JUICE AND ADD CRUSHED ICE IN
THE GLASS
6. POUR THE MOCKTAIL IN THE GLASS AND GARNISH
WITH GREEN CHILLI.
