Mental health

The strategies we propose are related to the positive use of technology. Although technology can have
negative impacts on mental health, it can also be a useful tool for promoting well-being. For example,
many apps offer meditation programs, breathing exercises, and other stress-reduction techniques that
can be very helpful. Also, technology can provide access to online courses and resources for learning
new skills, which can contribute to improved self-esteem and personal development.

In the digital age we live in, being aware of the impact of technology on mental health is a crucial step in
maintaining our well-being. The violent storm of information that we are bombarded with every day can
be a source of stress, anxiety, and in the long run, depression. However, when we develop an awareness
of how much and how we use technology, we can take steps to minimize the negative consequences.

Technology is a tool – it's up to us to decide how we use it.

Most mental health apps allow you to access at any time, search for therapists and treatments while
ensuring anonymity, and offer numerous ways to help people who feel they need help.

The algorithm on social networks has an enormous impact on our mental health as well as the content
we consume. Situations happen in people who have certain problems and do not feel mentally healthy
at a certain moment, content pops up against their will (picture, video, reel) that makes them think even
more about that problem (sad love quotes, ). The idea is that we could introduce the option that at
some point we can control the content that is posted to us on social networks, that is, the algorithm can
limit access to content that we do not want at a given moment.

2. The main solution that I propose for solving mental health problems with the help of software is the
following: It is an artificial intelligence tool that, based on the emotional and psychophysical state of the
user, would give advice and methods for solving certain problems with mental health that the user has.
Also, the application would have a version for therapists and psychologists who work online and hold
their sessions on applications such as Zoom, Google Meet, etc. The application would recognize the
emotional representation and the type of emotion expressed by the patient during the session, it would
do so with the help of analyzing facial expressions, facial features, the tone in which the patient speaks,
as well as the very context of his words. This would make it much easier for therapists and psychologists
because it would then give an analysis of the patient after the session and give him instructions, that is,
what methods of conversation to use, what are the main problems of the patient, as well as the entire
profile of the patient's personality. Also, for those people who don't have many friends, are very
introverted and don't have a person to consult with, there would be an AI bot with whom they could
directly consult, state their problems and get an adequate answer in order to help the patient/user.
Since these are very sensitive matters, the program itself would have to be programmed in detail with
the presence of experts, so that there would be no counter-effect and so that all analyses of the
application would be as precise as possible, and also for protection, the entire software should be
covered by strong blockchain technology and strong platform administration.

Housing crisis

2. The housing problem is one of the most serious problems of this society, but as with all problems,
with the help of technology, the solution is very easy to find. I propose to create a centralized platform
for searching for housing according to conditions personalized to the user with the help of artificial
intelligence and blockchain (to minimize the possibility of fraud and safe conversations between the
owner and the buyer on the platform and to protect the platform itself).

Social inequality

Perhaps even the biggest problem of this society is social inequality, which, depending on the
perspective and problem, can be viewed and classified in countless ways. What is a big problem,
especially in the country I come from, is the unequal access to health services, which is especially a
problem for older people who sometimes wait a couple of years for an operation.

2.The solution to this problem would be an online platform that would be directly connected to the
Ministry of Health as well as all health institutions in a certain territorial unit, which would also have the
help of artificial intelligence. The software would work to digitally schedule appointments, surgeries,
body scans, etc. The user would have to enter what their priorities are, whether it is time, price,
proximity to a health facility, etc. Then, after entering that, the software would throw out to him all the
health facilities that have the resources for the entered examination/operation depending on the
entered priorities of the user. This would significantly improve public health and solve one of the biggest
social problems.

Pollution

2. As for pollution, people are often unable to properly dispose of waste due to overcrowding, so they
resort to landfills or even dump garbage in areas not intended for it. The solution in this situation would
be a sensor that would be located in the garbage containers, which would signal to the persons
responsible for that activity that the container is full and should be emptied. Also, one of the most
optimal solutions that a scientist from Serbia has already found is the so-called "Liquid 3", and thus
literally gave an innovative idea for reducing the emission of harmful gases and environmental pollution.
