During your PTA meeting a prominent parent begins to voice her displeasure with the
punctuality of teachers. She goes on to say that it’s the headteacher’s fault since the Ministry
of Education was unaware of the situation for some time.

(a) Explain how you will use any five of your leadership qualities to address the accusation.

(b) Discuss how those five qualities can help you to maintain the harmonious relationship
between the school and the parents.

(c) Referring to practical examples, explain how any three qualities you possess can impact
learners’ achievement.
