ORDER:

The Principal Chief Conservator of JJorests (Head of Forest Force), Andhra Pradesh,
Guntur vide reference 13'h read above, has stat'jd that as per the revised Schedule-l issued by

q" Ministry of Environment & Forests, Government of India, dated: 28.01.2019 in accordance
with the accounting procedure notified bil the Govemment of A.P. vide G.O.Ms.No.4,
EFS&T (Section.Il) Dept., dated 10.01.2019 under Major Head-8336-Civil deposits, Minor
Head-103, State Compensatory Afforestation Deposits shall also be created. Though the same
is reflected in G.O.Ms.No.4, EFS&T (Section.Il) Department, dated: 10.01.2019 page No.5
that 103 Minor Head has to be created under 8336, the same is not incorporated in the
Annexure Schedule-I. This Minor head 103 under 8336 is essential for the current receipts
relating to Compensatory Afforestation ofthe State. Hence, the Principal Chief Conservator of
Forests (Head of Forest Force), has reqtrested to appraise the Finance Department to
\"N incorporate the following head of account also.

2. The Finance Depaftrnent have informed that the Head of Account under 8336 Civil
Deposits-MH.103 State Compensatory Afforestation Deposits has been created under Volume
lV Public Account.

3. Govemment, after careful examination of the ma$er hereby decided to issue the
revised notification. Accordingly, the following notification will be published in an
Extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazett e: Dated:12.09.2019.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred in Section 4 of Compensatory Afforestation Act,

2016 (Central Act 38 of2016), the Govemment of Andhra Pradesh hereby decided to amend
the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.4, EFS&T (Section.Il) Deparunent' dated: 10.01.2019 and
incorporate under Major Head 8336-Civil Deposits, Minor Head -103, in the Scheduled - I
appended to this Notification as follows:

This Notification issues with the qoncurrence of Finance (FMUEFS& T, MA&UD,

CRDA) Department vide their U.O.No.FMU0ASD/69/2019 (Computer No.814353), dated
07.05.2019.
