auditor or inspector, conducting quality huddles, etc.)? Articulate specifics of commitment and contribution to
quality.
It is with great pleasure that I want to nominate Aaron McLean for Hatch Quality Award.
Aaron worked in my design team as a lead civil designer and his performance in AMG and Jansen project is
exceptional. Aaron is currently preparing and administering high quality design drawings which aligns with Hatch
quality standards and policies. He helps other intermediate and junior designer/drafter to make ensure
they performed and documented the same quality control while working on their specific design portions.

Innovation, Scope, Schedule and Cost, Performance Reliability:

List any innovations, new technologies or processes developed and implemented. Identify whether the
requirements were delivered on or ahead of schedule OR on or below budget. Give examples of how Hatch
processes and procedures were applied in an extraordinary way or implemented to a high level of quality?
Aaron is passionate about his work and always perform exceptionally well in assigned project activities. His work
always be complied with Hatch PLP system and drawings are produced in accordance with the Hatch drafting and
drawings procedures. In my opinion, his productivity in the project mostly outclassed others when he finished most
of high-quality work in real quick time saving lot of resource budget. His understanding of the design helps the
team when he raised and on the same time resolved potential design issues which may impact the project by
repeated design changes.

Communication, Personal Growth and Continuous Improvement:

Identify examples of superior teamwork, motivated enthusiastic attitudes and cooperation. How did the individual
or team allow others to make a contribution or encourage personal or professional development? Describe the
leadership values demonstrated. List any ideas or actions that achieved best-in-class performance.
Aaron has a strong communication skill which is necessary to bridge the gaps among different project team
members and I noticed that this quality of him ultimately benefit the project when we create and produce the
design package comprised of design drawings and 3D models. He is also very much focussed on career growth
and has gained a lot of experience in civil design complex topics such as site wide hydrology, drainage, roads, site
development, infrastructure etc focussing mainly on model developments.

Client Satisfaction: Attach all written Client commendations, positive feedback or compliments.
In Jansen and AMG projects civil team as a whole got a very positive feedback form Client but I personally give
extra credit this to Aaron because of his overall contribution to the project as well as his work sharing ethics.
