3. To determine if there are significant difference in
anthropometric measurement (height, weight, and body mass
index) between overweight and obese learners who engage in a
Zumba program and those who do not when grouped according
to their demographic characteristics.

After the Zumba program's completion, the same
set of data from both the inter vention and control
groups will be collected. The research will compare
the post-inter vention data to the baseline data to
assess changes in health and wellness outcomes.
