Term & Conditions

1. The supplier shall be solely responsible for safety and surrounding of the shop.
2. The shop is rented from 5 March to 6 March 2023.
3. Tenant is not permitted to sublet the premises or any part of it to a third party.
4. Advisable those tenants to do a deep clean of the shop before handing over.
5. Excess electricity are not allowed and to comply with the rules and regulations of the utility all
times.
6. The vendor is liable to pay damages to the temple management; the relevant amount of damages
shall be paid by the vendor within 7 days after receipt of the first written notice from the
management.
7. Temporary whatsapp groups will be created to allow vendors to communicate or posted issue
during events. Always keep to the purpose of the group.
