Terms & Conditions of Orders Placed:
1. Orders which are placed and come out correct to the design customers have placed are non refundable.
Customers are liable to pay for the item/s and pay the full amount. No negotiation at the time of
collection.
2. If orders do not come correct to the design due to the companys fault, the company will try its very
best to rectify the mistake.
3. If orders come exactly to the measurements taken in the beginning of the order, customers will need to
pay separate for any alterations. (Some customers start loosing weight after the measurements are
given for the occasion and complain the outfit is big in size. This is not acceptable, customers will have
to pay for alterations).
4. When placing an order looking at internet pictures, magazines, facebook etc, customers must remember
that those photos are edited and photo-shopped, so the design will not come out 100% accurate to the
image.
5. When placing orders, customers must keep in mind that colours may vary due to the fact it is manually
dyed.
6. Customers who place an order and change their mind regarding colour/design, are at risk of
complication. Orders may come out wrong. Also price may vary due to changes.
7. Deposit of 25% upfront on orders.
8. Customers have a cooling of period of 7 days to cancel orders. If after that customers wish to cancel they will
loose the entire deposit. No refunds. No credits notes.
9. Customers face loosing their deposit if the order comes correct and they do not take it.
