TRIPCs Sneaker Customs Virtual Release Form

Below are the conditions associated with becoming a customer of TRIPCs

Sneaker Customs.
1. Customer is required to send payment equaling the shoe price, customization price and
shipping costs via Venmo before Chloe starts the customization. The customer will be
notified via email with pictures and video of the completed shoe.
2. The customization will be completed and shipped within 1 month of the verified start
date. If this is not fulfilled, the customer will receive a 10% discount.
a. The verified start date is determined when Chloe confirms that she has all of her
materials. This is NOT the initial contact email date.
3. The customer will receive an email or text message including the tracking information.
The shoes will also be shipped with the original shoe purchase receipt.
4. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shoe size. Any issues with shoe
sizes may not be disputed. Please be 100% sure before providing the shoe size.
5. If a customer wishes to change colors, they must contact Chloe within 2 days of the dropoff date to guarantee the color change.
6. Chloe may photograph and / or post pictures of the customers shoes on social media.
7. Customers who dislike the customization will be required to pay without refund.
Customers who refuse to pay the remaining balance will not receive his or her shoes.
Chloe strives to express the customers requests in the customization and will do her best
to achieve the desired design.
