TRIPCs Sneaker Customs Release Form

Below are the conditions associated with becoming a customer of TRIPCs

Sneaker Customs.
1. The customer is required to pay a deposit equal to half of the total sale at the drop-off date. (i.e. if the
customization cost is $50, the customer is required to pay $25 at the drop-off date)
a. The remaining half will be paid upon pickup.
2. The customization will be completed within 1 month of the drop off date. If this is not fulfilled, the
customer will receive a 10% discount.
3. Chloe may photograph and / or post pictures of the customers shoes on social media.
4. If the customers shoes are damaged during the customization process, the customer will receive his /her
shoes, 50% of the initial cost of the shoes (only if shoe purchase receipt is provided at drop-off time),
and the drop-off deposit refund
a. (i.e. If you paid $100 for your shoes and the customization price is $50 and they become
damaged during the customization process, you will receive your shoes, $50, and your drop-off
deposit refund. A total of $75.)
1. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shoe size. Any issues with shoe sizes may not be
disputed. Please be 100% sure before providing the shoe size.
5. Customers who dislike the customization will be required to pay without refund. Customers who refuse
to pay the remaining balance will not receive his or her shoes. Chloe strives to express the customers
requests in the customization and will do her best to achieve the desired design.
6. If a customer wishes to change colors, they must contact Chloe within 2 days of the drop-off date to
guarantee the color change.
