SIR:

Good day!

I, the undersigned, would like to express my intent to apply for Teacher III position through
Reclassification. I am confident that my knowledge, abilities, and experience, combined
with my communication skills, high sense of integrity and most importantly my willingness
to adapt and learn would greatly benefit the Department.

I am currently working as a Teacher I at Sultan Memorial Elementary School and have

been serving the department for five years already. Presently, I am the school’s School
Based Action Research (SBAR) Coordinator, School Information Officer, Care for Non
Readers (CNR) Coordinator, LRMDS Coordinator, PDIS Coordinator and School Paper
Adviser. I have also been the Pikit North District English Teachers Association President
from 2022 up to present.

Also, I have been designated by my school head as ICT Coordinator for Data
Management and Information System. I have been making reports on the LIS and EBEIS
matters for the whole calendar year since the year 2018. I am in charge of the reports on
the performance indicators of our school, and analyze the data for the welfare of our
learners thus helped me realized my potential and encouraged me to pursue my dream
and to develop my full potential as an educator.

Hence, presently, I have acquired Complete Academic Requirements in my Master of Arts

in Education majoring in Educational Management (MAED-EM) at University of Southern
Mindanao- Graduate School (USM-GS). I have now 40 Units and already took the
Comprehensive Examination. I am currently working on my Master’s Thesis and is
expecting to graduate next academic year.

As a life-long learner, I continue to improve myself by attending seminars, workshop, and

trainings. It is vital into my system to read and research to make myself adapt in any new
advances in classroom management, curriculum planning, program development, and in
teaching and learning processes. I recognize that teaching and learning is the main priority
of an educator. I believe that achieving success requires love for the learners and love for
the teaching itself. When you are passionate into the learners despite their differences,
you will find their learning, and developmental growth as your success.

Attached herewith are my pertinent papers for your immediate perusal. I hope you find my
