“Teachers need more than just a good knowledge of their subject”.

It is really
good when the teachers have good knowledge, but it is even better when they
have more than that. They also must have some other skills that can’t be learned,
but can be earned through experience.
One of the most important qualities a teacher can have is patience. Without it he
or she will often shout at the students when don’t get something or when they do
something wrong and that will demotivate them to study that subject and they
may fail.
Secondly, a teacher should be friendly to the students. When he or she treats
them well, they will be more open to learning more and they will want to
understand the subject better. This way the students will trust their teacher more
and will have more success in that subject.
In conclusion, the teachers must have more qualities than just to know the
subject really well. They have to be patient, friendly and understanding so that
their students can understand the subject well and have good results.

Thanks for your email. A big milestone is coming your way and now I’m writing
you to tell you about my idea for that.
In my opinion, you should make a surprise party for them, but it won’t be easy.
You should invite your grandparents and the aunts and uncles you have. It will be
really good and simple small family reunion for a great event.
I think the best time to do it will be at the weekend so that nobody is working and
will have time to come there. If you need help you can ask your relatives. It will be
good if someone distracts your parents to do something away from your house in
order of you to prepare everything.
My last piece of advice is that you should buy presents for your parents. It can be
one big present for both of them like a new wardrobe, a new bed or something
like that. If you can’t decide you can always buy them separate present based on
their interests.
