Educational Philosophy

My Classroom Environment
I want my students to feel comfortable in my classroom. I want them to love their
classmates and look at me as a father figure. I will keep a calm but serious teaching
environment, so my kids can feel comfortable enough to express themselves at the same time
knowing that I am about business. It will also be a fun environment because I would incorporate
games and different activities to make the learning more fun.

My Ideal Classroom
My ideal classroom would Have anywhere from 12 to 18 kids in it. I would put my desk in
rows in groups of two. I would group my desks this way so my students can work in Partners
easily or turn around to make a group of four. And it's also easier for everyone to face the same
direction which is the front of the classroom. I will have my classroom decorated but it would
look neat and not too wild color and Design. I will keep cabinets for each class. To keep their
materials so no one will lose the things I provide for them.

Student/Teacher Relationship
It is very important to me to have a strong bond with each and every one of my students
in my classroom. I want my students to feel comfortable enough to talk to me about what's going
on at home. If they trust me enough to talk to me about that then they trust me enough to listen
to what I say and the curriculum I'm teaching them. If you have a personal relationship with your
teacher it becomes easier for you to receive what they are saying to you whether it be negative
or positive.

Motivating My Students
I will make sure I get to know them so I know what keeps them going. If one is not
motivated I will use what I know about them and what makes them continue to be great to fuel
them when not feeling well. I will always make sure I tie my lessons to real world examples so
all of my students are able to relate in their own ways. If the topic on teaching is not relatable
then they will not be interested.

My Primary Goal
My primary goal as a teacher is to reach as many students as I can. Whether that be
educationally mentally or emotionally. I want to make a change in kid's life and I want them to
always remember me as Mr. Box who helped change their life. I love to help others and when
I see them satisfied after I have given them help it makes me feel well.
