H UM AN M I ND M ANI P UL AT I O N
Here are some of the methods that can be used for Human Mind manipulation which is used for large scale operation of conditioning and
changing the belief system of human mind and hence creation of surge of persons that elite group uses as propaganda for their own personal
benefit.
Modern mind control is both technological and psychological. Tests show that simply by exposing the methods of mind control, the effects can
be reduced or eliminated, at least for mind control advertising and propaganda. More difficult to counter are the physical intrusions, which the
military-industrial complex continues to develop and improve upon.

1. Education -- This is the most obvious, yet still remains the most insidious. It has always been a would-be dictator's ultimate fantasy to
"educate" naturally impressionable children, thus it has been a central component to Communist and Fascist tyrannies throughout history. No one
has been more instrumental in exposing the agenda of modern education than Charlotte Iserbyt -- one can begin research into this area by
downloading a free PDF of her book, The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America, which lays bare the role of Globalist foundations in shaping a
future intended to produce servile drones lorded over by a fully educated, aware elite class.
2. Adver tising and Pr opaganda -- Edward Bernays has been cited as the inventor of the consumerist culture that was designed primarily to
target people's self-image (or lack thereof) in order to turn a want into a need. This was initially envisioned for products such as cigarettes, for
example. However, Bernays also noted in his 1928 book, Propaganda , that "propaganda is the executive arm of the invisible government." This
can be seen most clearly in the modern police state and the growing citizen snitch culture, wrapped up in the pseudo-patriotic War on
Terror. The increasing consolidation of media has enabled the entire corporate structure to merge with government, which now utilizes the
concept of propaganda placement. Media; print, movies, television, and cable news can now work seamlessly to integrate an overall message
which seems to have the ring of truth because it comes from so many sources, simultaneously. When one becomes attuned to identifying the
main "message," one will see this imprinting everywhere. And this is not even to mention subliminal messaging. Here we can refer that many
times coke and McDonalds and 7Up used in the late 19th century so that they can create a subliminal message and hence create urge or feelings of
going up and buying the products that they are using brain washing techniques.

3. Pr edictive Pr ogramming -- Many still deny that predictive programming is real. I would invite anyone to examine the range of
documentation put together by Alan Watt and come to any other conclusion. Predictive programming has its origins in predominately elitist
Hollywood, where the big screen can offer a big vision of where society is headed. Just look back at the books and movies which you thought
were far-fetched, or "science fiction" and take a close look around at society today. For a detailed breakdown of specific examples, Vigilant
Citizen is a great resource that will probably make you look at "entertainment" in a completely different light.

4. Spor ts, Politics, Religion -- Some might take offense at seeing religion, or even politics, put alongside sports as a method of mind
control. The central theme is the same throughout: divide and conquer. The techniques are quite simple: short circuit the natural tendency of
people to cooperate for their survival, and teach them to form teams bent on domination and winning. Sports has always had a role as a key
distraction that corrals tribal tendencies into a non-important event, which in modern America has reached ridiculous proportions
where protests will break out over a sport celebrity leaving their city, but essential human issues such as liberty are giggled away as
inconsequential. Political discourse is strictly in a left-right paradigm of easily controlled opposition, while religion is the backdrop of nearly
every war throughout history.

5. Food, Water , and Air -- Additives, toxins, and other food poisons literally alter brain chemistry to create docility and apathy. Fluoride in
drinking water has been proven to lower IQ; Aspartame and MSG are excitotoxins which excite brain cells until they die; and easy access to the
fast food that contains these poisons generally has created a population that lacks focus and motivation for any type of active lifestyle. Most of
the modern world is perfectly groomed for passive receptiveness -- and acceptance -- of the dictatorial elite. And if you choose to diligently
watch your diet, they are fully prepared to spray the population from the above.

6. Dr ugs -- This can be any addictive substance, but the mission of mind controllers is to be sure you are addicted to something. One major arm
of the modern mind control agenda is psychiatry, which aims to define all people by their disorders, as opposed to their human potential. This
was foreshadowed in books such as Brave New World. Today, it has been taken to even further extremes as a medical tyranny has taken hold
where nearly everyone has some sort of disorder -- particularly those who question authority. The use of nerve drugs in the military has led to
record numbers of suicides. Worst of all, the modern drug state now has over 25% of U.S. children on mind-numbing medication.

7. Militar y testing -- The military has a long history as the testing ground for mind control. The military mind is perhaps the most malleable, as
those who pursue life in the military generally resonate to the structures of hierarchy, control, and the need for unchallenged obedience to a
mission. For the increasing number of military personal questioning their indoctrination, a recent story highlighted DARPA's plans
for transcranial mind control helmets that will keep them focused.

8. Electromagnetic spectr um -- An electromagnetic soup envelops us all, charged by modern devices of convenience which have been shown
to have a direct impact on brain function.
In a tacit admission of what is possible, one researcher has been working with a "god helmet" to induce visions by altering the electromagnetic
field of the brain.
Our modern soup has us passively bathed by potentially mind-altering waves, while a wide range of possibilities such as cell phone towers is now
available to the would-be mind controller for more direct intervention.

9. Television, Computer , and " flicker r ate" -- It's bad enough that what is "programmed" on your TV (accessed via remote "control") is
engineered; it is all made easier by literally lulling you to sleep, making it a psycho-social weapon. Flicker rate tests show that alpha brain waves
are altered, producing a type of hypnosis -- which doesn't portend well for the latest revelation that lights can transmit coded Internet data by
"flickering faster than the eye can see." The computer's flicker rate is less, but through video games, social networks, and a basic structure which
overloads the brain with information, the rapid pace of modern communication induces an ADHD state. A study of video games revealed that
extended play can result in lower blood flow to the brain, sapping emotional control. Furthermore, role-playing games of lifelike war and police

-3-

state scenarios serve to desensitize a connection to reality. One look at the WikiLeaks video Collateral Murder should be familiar to anyone who
has seen a game like Call of Duty.

10. Nanobots -- From science fiction horror, directly to the modern brain; the nanobots are on the way. Direct brain modification already has
been packaged as "neuroengineering." A Wired articlefrom early 2009 highlighted that direct brain manipulation via fiber optics is a bit messy,
but once installed "it could make someone happy with the press of a button." Nanobots take the process to an automated level, rewiring the brain
molecule by molecule. Worse, these mini droids can self-replicate, forcing one to wonder how this genie would ever get back in the bottle once
unleashed. Expected date of arrival? Early 2020s.
Project MKUltra was the project that CIA undertook to find the drug that could make human mind under the control of the external influence
and hence created a LSD drug and hence it was the new thing that created a huge impact and research studies for Manchurian candidate. (LSD,

Here is the basic that we are going to study about human mind, their types and how each part operates that are completely different that other
parts that we can be aware of.
The consciousness mind is you awareness at the present moment. You are aware of something on the outside as well as some specific mental
functions happening on the inside. For example, you are aware of your environment, your breathing, or the chair that you are sitting on. This
mind helps you know the things that you see, hear, touch, smell and taste. Its is the most developed mind that is called prefrontal cortex. Here we
can be aware of 7+-2 things at a time and if we are overloaded by more information this mind creates the theory of importance and hence
eliminates the things that are not important.
The subconscious mind or the preconscious mind consists of accessible information. You can become aware of this information once your direct
your attention to it. Think of this as memory recall. You walk down the street to your house without consciously needing to be alert to your
surroundings. You can talk on the cell phone and still arrive home safely. You can easily bring to consciousness the subconscious information
about the path to your home. You can also easily remember phone numbers that you frequently use. It is the place where we have put all the
program on our computer on installed mode and we can go to it play that program and work on it as soon as our human brain computer is on.
It is possible that some of what might be perceived to be unconscious becomes subconscious, and then conscious (e.g. a long-forgotten childhood
memory suddenly emerges after decades). We can assume that some unconscious memories need a strong, specific trigger to bring them to
consciousness; whereas, a subconscious memory can be brought to consciousness more easily.
The unconscious mind, consisting of the primitive, instinctual wishes as well as the information that we cannot access. Although our behaviors
might indicate the unconscious forces that drive them, we don‘t have easy access to the information stored in the unconscious mind. During our
childhood, we acquired countless memories and experiences that formed who we are today. However, we cannot recall most of those memories.
They are unconscious forces (beliefs, patterns, subjective maps of reality) that drive our behaviors. Our unconscious mind is the place where our
basic functioning of our mind is present and here is the part where consciously we cannot control or manipulate. This part can only be penetrated
by a professional hypnotist or a profound person who meditates and has a huge control over hid mind.

Just how does the conscious, subconscious, and unconscious mind work? And what is the difference between them?
Here we‘ll have a look at how the three minds – conscious, subconscious, and unconscious – work together to create your reality. Here we also
learn how to use that knowledge to change your habits and create a happier, more peaceful and confident you.
Here after we use the knowledge of human mind we move towards knowing about hypnosis and the way that we can use to heal human beings
stress and hence greater society we live in.

The concept of three levels of mind is nothing new. Sigmund Freud, the famous Austrian psychologist was probably the first to popularize it into
mainstream society as we know it today. Even though his theories have subsequently been widely disputed in Psychology circles because they are
very hard to scientifically prove, Freud nonetheless created a useful model of the mind, which he separated into 3 tiers or sections – the conscious
mind or ego, the preconscious, and the unconscious mind.
The best way I have found to illustrate the concept of the three minds is by using a triangle. If you imagine at the very tip of the triangle is your
conscious mind. It occupies only a small portion of space at the top, a bit like an iceberg where only a fraction of it is showing above the water. It
probably represents about 10% of your brain capacity.

-4-
Human Mind Control Methods 2015

Below this is a slightly larger section that Freud called the preconscious, or what some refer to as the subconscious. It is much larger than the
conscious mind and accounts for around 50-60% of your brain capabilities.
The section below this is the unconscious mind. It occupies the whole width of the base of the triangle and fills out the other 30-40% of the
triangle. It is vast and deep and largely inaccessible to conscious thought, a bit like the dark depths of the ocean.
We have three part that are embedded inside our human mind. One part is called ID, that is our reptilian brain that just works as any normal
reptiles work on today world, other part is called the mammalian brain that works on the basis of emotion and other mind is called the prefrontal
cortex that works as per the logic and critical thinking. Moving from reptilian brain to the human brain, we have learnt that the reptilian brain
turns the on mode when there comes the situation of fight or flight.

HOW THEY WORK TOGETHER

Your conscious mind is what most people associate with who you are, because that is where most people live day to day. But it‘s by no means
where all the action takes place.
Your conscious mind is a bit like the captain of a ship standing on the bridge giving out orders. In reality it‘s the crew in the engine room below
deck (the subconscious and the deeper unconscious) that carry out the orders. The captain may be in charge of the ship and give the orders but its
the crew that actually guides the ship, all according to what training they had been given over the years to best do so.
The conscious mind communicates to the outside world and the inner self through speech, pictures, writing, physical movement, and thought.
The subconscious mind, on the other hand, is in charge of our recent memories, and is in continuous contact with the resources of the
unconscious mind.
The unconscious mind is the storehouse of all memories and past experiences, both those that have been repressed through trauma and those that
have simply been consciously forgotten and no longer important to us. It‘s from these memories and experiences that our beliefs, habits, and
behaviors are formed.
The unconscious constantly communicates with the conscious mind via our subconscious, and is what provides us with the meaning to all our
interactions with the world, as filtered through your beliefs and habits. It communicates through feelings, emotions, imagination, sensations, and
dreams.

THE MIND IN ACTION

The following analogy may help to clarify the concept of how the three minds work a little more.
If you imagine you mind is like a computer …
Your conscious mind is best represented by the keyboard and monitor. Data is inputted on the keyboard and the results are thrown up on the
monitor screen. That is how you conscious mind works – information is taken in via some outside (or internal) stimulus from your environment
and the results are thrown up instantaneously into your consciousness.
Your subconscious is like the RAM in your computer. For those who don‘t know, RAM is the place in a computer where programs and data that
are currently in use are kept so they can easily be reached quickly by the computer processor. It is much faster than other types of memory, such
as the hard disk or CD-ROM.
Your subconscious works in the same way. Any recent memories are stored there for quick recall when needed, such as what your telephone
number is or the name of a person you just met. It also holds your current programs that you run every day, such as your current recurring
thoughts, behavior patterns, habits, and feelings.
Your unconscious is like the hard disk drive in your computer. It is the long term storage place for all your memories and programs that have
been installed since birth.
Your unconscious mind (and ultimately your subconscious mind) then uses these programs to make sense of all the data you receive from the
world and to keep you safe and ensure your survival. The logic of these two minds is that if it worked in the past and you survived, then it will
help you get through similar situations by the same means, no matter how misguided, painful, and unhelpful the results may be to you personally
in the outside world.
THE JOURNEY BEGINS
As mentioned, these sections and their functions have been hotly debated over the years by many other psychologists, philosophers, and
scientists, because it‘s very hard to empirically prove they exist. Despite all this, I still find it a great analogy to use, and at the end of the day if it
works for you and makes sense, then that‘s all that matters.

T H E C O NSC I O US M I ND
If you ask most people to define what the conscious mind does you‘ll get varying answers. Some say what distinguishes it from the subconscious
(or even the unconscious) is awareness.
But to say the subconscious is unaware is plain wrong. It has been well documented that you can be influenced by your surroundings or what
people say even when your conscious mind is totally out of it, such as when you‘re under anesthetic or asleep. And what about when you drive to
some destination but when you get there you have no memory of the trip. In those situations it‘s your subconscious that stays aware and performs
the necessary functions.
Another argument people put forth is that the conscious mind is where you do all your thinking and logical reasoning. But that too doesn‘t
entirely distinguish it from your subconscious or unconscious. Your unconscious minds are the storage place of all your memories, emotions and
habits and are in fact very good at reasoning and logic.
Take, for example, when you were a baby. Your conscious mind had not yet developed enough to test and measure all the information from your
environment, so at this age it sits in the background and it‘s your subconscious and unconscious that does all the data gathering and reasoning –
identifying that the bottle or nipple is a source of food, that crying gets you attention, that cuddles from mum means you are safe. In this stage it‘s
your other two minds hard at work forming logical patterns of association (habits, beliefs, and emotions) that help you to survive.
By far the best explanation that I have found for the two most powerful functions your fully developed conscious mind can do that the other two
can‘t is …

Its ability to direct your focus.
Its ability to imagine that which is not real

-5-
Human Mind Control Methods 2015

฀ It‘s these two very important abilities that can change your life. Lets take a quick look at each.

DIRECTING YOUR FOCUS

While your subconscious mind has a much stronger sense of awareness of your surroundings than your conscious mind (some suggest it‘s where
your ―sixth sense‖ comes from) and is always switched on, even when asleep, it really does just obey orders from your conscious mind. If all you
do is focus your conscious thoughts continually on negative things, then your subconscious will obediently deliver the feelings, emotions, and
memories that you have associated with that type of thinking. And because those feelings will become your reality, you can then be caught up in
a never ending loop of negativity, fear, and anxiety, constantly looking for the bad in every situation.
Take, for example, when you are laying in bed late at night and hear something go ―bump‖ in the night. If you let your thoughts and imagination
wander to all the horrible things that might happen, then your subconscious will throw up the feelings, emotions, and memories of past events that
you‘ve associated with those thoughts. Its your subconscious‘s way of protecting you and preparing you for fight or flight in those situations.
On the other hand, if you consciously tell yourself and direct your focus to more rational, calming thoughts, then the feelings will subside or
disappear.
Some people find it quite easy and natural to direct their thoughts towards a more positive outlook on life and every situation. It really depends on
the type of programming your subconscious and unconscious has had since birth. For example – do you sway towards pessimism or optimism,
negative thinking or positive thinking, happiness or anger, or somewhere in between? Identifying which way you sway is the start to improving it.
This ability of your conscious mind to direct your attention and awareness is one of the most important powers you have, and to create change in
your life you must learn to control what you consciously focus on.
But how do you do that? The actual skill of directing your focus is quite simple … all it comes down to is making a choice. Deciding how you
will think and what thoughts you will allow into your mind will determine your destiny. It can literally be used for good or evil, for constructive
or destructive means.
Our mental thoughts are probably the only one true freedom we have in this world that we can actually control. A man can be physically trapped
in prison in absolute inhumane conditions and yet still be free in his own mind – Victor Frankl and Nelson Mandela (among many others) are
testament to that fact. We alone can choose how we are going to respond to our experiences in life.
USING YOUR IMAGINATION
The other important ability of the conscious mind is the use of visualization. Your mind can literally imagine something that is totally new and
unique – something you‘ve never physically experienced before. By contrast, your subconscious can only offer versions of what memories it has
stored of your past experiences.
But the really neat trick is that the subconscious can‘t distinguish between that which the conscious mind imagines and that which is real, so
whatever is brought up by conscious imagination and intently focused on, also brings up all the emotions and feelings that are associated with that
image in your mind for you to experience.
For example, if you‘ve ever day dreamed before about winning lotto, or perhaps looked forward to being with that someone special you love,
then you would have felt the joy that those thoughts had conjured up in your head, even though you knew intellectually it wasn‘t physically
happening at that very moment. But your subconscious thought it was happening to you, and that‘s why it offered those feelings and emotions it
associated with those thoughts. It truly is a marvelous gift we have!
Visualization can be used to create some amazing results. In one sporting study three groups of people were tested on their ability to improve
their free throw accuracy in basketball. They were tested at the start of the experiment and at the end.
One group was instructed to physically practice free throws for 20 days in a row. The second group was not allowed to train at all. The third
group spent 20 minutes a day getting into a relaxed state and only imagining themselves performing the free throws. They were also taught that if
they missed in their minds, to adjust slightly and see themselves getting it the next time.
At the end of the experiment the results were incredible. The group that physically practiced each day improved their score by 24%. The second
group who didn‘t practice understandably didn‘t improve at all. But the third group, who had only visualized doing it, actually improved their
score by an amazing 23% – nearly as much as group one! Don‘t under estimate the power of the conscious mind.
Your subconscious is the work desk of your mind. Controlling and directing it is the key to personal change.
As I said in the conscious mind article, your subconscious is a bit like the RAM in your computer. (For those who don‘t know – RAM is the term
used for the short term memory in a computer, and its job is to hold the programs and data that are currently in use so they can be reached quickly
and easily by the computer processor. It‘s a lot faster than the other types of memory, such as the hard disk or CD-ROM.)
Your subconscious works in a similar way to computer RAM. It holds short term memory and current daily used programs.

T H E R O L E O F T H E SUBC O NSC I O US
Apart from short term memory, the subconscious also plays an important role in our day to day functioning.
It works hard at ensuring you have everything you need for quick recall and access to when you need it. Things like -
Memories – such as what your telephone number is, how to drive a car without having to consciously think about it, what you need to get from
the shop on the way home etc.
Current programs you run daily, such as behaviors, habits, mood
Filters (such as beliefs and values) to run information through to test their validity according to your perception of the world
Sensations taken in via your 5 senses and what it means to you
If it doesn‘t happen to have a filter or reference point in its RAM for some bits of information that come in, then it has a direct line to the storage
place of the mind – the unconscious. It will ask the unconscious to pull out the programs that it best associates with the incoming data to help
make sense of it all.
The subconscious is also constantly at work, staying a lot more aware of your surroundings than you realize. In fact, according to the NLP
communication model we are assaulted with over 2 million bits if data every second. If your conscious mind had to deal with all that you would
very quickly become overwhelmed and not be able to get anything done.
Instead, your subconscious filters out all the unnecessary information and delivers only that which is needed at the time, around 7 chunks of
information. It does all this behind the scenes so you can perform your daily work uninhibited. And it does this as logically as it can, based on the
programs it has access to in your unconscious.

-6-
Human Mind Control Methods 2015

And as discussed in the ―How the Human Mind Works‖ article, it then communicates all the results into consciousness via emotions, feelings,
sensations and reflexes, images and dreams. It doesn‘t communicate in words.

THE LINK INTO THE SUBCONSCIOUS

One of the truly great things about the subconscious (and one which we need to take advantage of to affect change) is … it obeys orders!
People often erroneously think that the subconscious is in charge and you are merely at its mercy. In fact it‘s the complete opposite. Your
conscious mind gives it the direction, the environment if you like, for which it operates in. The subconscious will only deliver the emotions and
feelings of what you continuously think about.
Now I‘m not saying it‘s as easy as changing what you think of in one moment and your entire life will be changed. In most cases your default
programs have too much energy attached to them to change instantaneously. It can be done though – such as after a massive life altering event or
if enough pain is associated with the old behavior – but without a major shift like that it is likely the old programs will reemerge.
(The best way to direct your subconscious towards change was discussed in the conscious mind article.)
The unconscious mind is very similar to the subconscious mind in that it also deals with memories. But there is a difference between the two.
If you remember the symbol of the triangle I used to describe the levels of the human mind (if not, have a quick read of it now here), then you‘ll
remember that the unconscious sits a layer deeper in the mind under the subconscious. Although the subconscious and unconscious have direct
links to each other and deal with similar things, the unconscious mind is really the cellar, the underground library if you like, of all your
memories, habits, and behaviors. It is the storehouse of all your deep seated emotions that have been programmed since birth.
If you want significant change at a core level, then this is the place to work on … but it‘s not easy to get to!

The Unconscious Mind was something that ancient civilisations and cultures knew about approximately 3000 years ago. In our modern times
western psychology only got to and started to understand the Unconscious Mind arguably between 1900 and 1930. The characteristics of the
Unconscious Mind are that of a 5 year old child, simplicity and innocence, wanting to please and needing clear instruction.
Both ancient civilisations and western psychology see Unconscious Mind in similar ways, ie: that it runs the body, breathing, heartbeat, digestion,
releases hormones with no conscious effort on our part. Also that the Unconscious Mind remembers everything from phone numbers to
repressing memories associated with painful emotions.
However, many branches of western psychology view the Unconscious Mind as an adversary or an uncivilised child that needs training and that it
should be dominated in some way. In contrast in Time Line Therapy®, as with the thinking of ancient cultures, the wisdom of the Unconscious
Mind is respected, we appreciate its contribution to the person‘s well being and knowing that it plays a vital role.

THE PRIME DIRECTIVES OF THE UNCONSCIOUS MIND:

There are a number of Prime Directives of the Unconscious Mind which gives us the structure for the context of doing Time Line Therapy® with
yourself or with other people. This model gives us a powerful framework for using Time Line Therapy® techniques. These Prime Directives are
―hard wired‖ in the Unconscious Mind to provide us with or to do the following:
1. STORES OUR MEMORIES: The Penfield Study in 1957 demonstrated that our all of our life experience is recorded dependably and stored as
memory. Scientists probed a woman‘s brain with an electrode which caused her to remember everything that happened from a childhood birthday
party. She recalled the minute detail of the event like the expressions on the faces of her friends and family, the feel of the dress she was wearing
and even the aroma of her birthday cake. The conclusion that the neuro-physicists made was that everything that has happened to an individual is
stored in the brain.
Carl Pribram in 1960, won the Nobel Prize for his theories of how memories are stored holographically throughout the body and not just in the
brain. The Unconscious Mind is a store house for all of our memories and it is the unconscious mind that is responsible for the management of
the storage of as well as the access to these memories.
2.ORGANISES ALL OUR MEMORIES:The Unconscious Mind organises all of our memories. To organise memories it catergories and uses an
index to point to the stored memories. The purpose of which allows us to access the memories. Your Time Line is one such index that the
Unconscious Mind utilises.
3. THE DOMAIN OF THE EMOTIONS:The Unconscious Mind is the domain of our emotions. Our emotions are frequently experience or felt
consciously. However the Conscious Mind is not the domain of our emotions as they are the responsibility of the Unconscious Mind which
generates and maintains them.
4.REPRESSES MEMORIES WITH UNRESOLVED NEGATIVE EMOTIONS: The Unconscious Mind wants you to learn something so it puts
the memory with negative emotion somewhere in the body so you can get on with life. The unresolved negative emotion can also cause some
repression of the content of the memory as well as the intensity of the emotion. The repressed negative emotions can become trapped in the body
and if this happens, in many cases can cause blockages to the flow of communication through the pathways of neural networks through the body.
5. PRESENTS REPRESSED MEMORIES TO RELEASE THE EMOTIONS: The Unconscious Mind presents the Conscious Mind with
memories with unresolved negative emotion on it so it can gain resolution on it. So you can make it rational. So you get the learnings. You‘ve
heard the saying, ―Everything happens for a reason‖. When resolution is gained on a charged past event the emotion disappears. Time Line
Therapy® is allows you to gain resolution in an organised process.
6. KEEP REPRESSED EMOTIONS REPRESSED FOR PROTECTION: The Unconscious Mind also has the opportunity of keeping the
memories repressed. In some cases this is what the Unconscious Mind performs as a short term function. In the long term, the Unconscious Mind
will continue to repeat the of process of presenting the memories so that they can be released, because negatives emotions, if they remain
repressed, are damaging to the body. We‘ll see this in the eighth Prime Directive of the Unconscious Mind.
7. YOUR UNCONSCIOUS MIND RUNS YOUR BODY: A vital function is for the Unconscious Mind to give the consciousness that is required
to direct and run the body. So, regulate hormones, digestion, breathing, heart pumping etc etc.
8. TO PRESERVE THE BODY: This means, other things being equal, that if you walk along the street and were to step of the pavement in front
of a car, your unconscious mind will jump you back out of the way to a place of safety and you will be safe. Many people notice that in times of
extreme danger, their unconscious mind takes over and the conscious mind is not at all involved at that moment. They may even language it by
saying something like, ―I didn‘t think about it….it‘s as if I knew what I had to do and I just did it.‖

9. YOUR UNCONSCIOUS MIND IS A HIGHLY MORAL BEING: Now that's based on what the individual has been taught and what they
believe to be true. This is what the Unconscious Mind will enforce this as the person's moral code.
10. NEEDS AND RESPONDS TO CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS: Hence why it is essential to develop rapport between Unconscious and Conscious
Mind so they work well together.
11. CONTROLS AND MAINTAIN ALL PERCEPTIONS: The Unconscious Mind is in charge of filtering the massive amount of data that
comes in from the outside world, approximately 2,000,000 bits per second through our sensory input channels. Making it making it manageable
for understanding of the Conscious Mind by filtering it down to approximately 134 bits of information per second.
12. TO GENERATE, STORE, DISTRIBUTE AND TRANSMIT ENERGY: The Unconscious Mind manages the body and also the change of the
energy within the body. The unconscious mind can be instructed to raise the level of the energy in the body for the purpose of healing and weight
loss for example.
13. TO RESPOND TO INSTINCTS AND HABITS: Some instincts are ―hard wired‖ and have them from birth – like the Fight or Flight
response. Other habits we learn and install over time. It‘s the job of the Unconscious Mind to not only generate these it is also responsible for
maintaining both instincts and habits.
14. NEEDS REPETITION TO BUILD HABITS: When developing a habit, if we repeat the behaviour enough times (and that can be anything
from 7 to 21 times) the Unconscious Mind will take it over. For the Unconscious Mind a fair amount of repetition will cultivate a habit.
15. TO CONTINUALLY SEEK MORE AND MORE: The Unconscious Mind is programmed to continually seek more and more. You buy a
new car and after a short period, maybe even 2 or 3 weeks, that new car just seems like any old car. You perhaps then begin to wonder what car
to get next.
16. OPERATES BEST WITH A MINIMUM OF PARTS: The Unconscious Mind‘s optimum functioning occurs with the minimum of parts. The
fewer the part, the better because more parts means that there is greater chance of inner conflict operating. More parts means more possibility of
inner conflict and because each part can‘t be expected to have the intention of the whole as its highest intention, the fewer parts the better. The
optimum functioning occurs as a whole integrated unit.
17. IS SYMBOLIC: The Unconscious Mind is symbolic. Carl Jung was the first person to point this out to us. He said that the Unconscious Mind
creates, uses and responds to symbols. In fact much of what the Unconscious Mind presents to us is symbolic. When interpreted the symbols have
significant meaning to us.
18. WORKS ON THE PRINCIPLE OF LEAST EFFORT: The Unconscious Mind works on the principle of least effort. That is, it will do as little
as it can get away with. This principle serves the Unconscious Mind in terms of energy conservation, but not however in terms of healing various
symptoms. For example, if you are asking the Unconscious Mind to clear up and resolve certain symptoms, you must ask the Unconscious Mind
when it will start and when it will finish the process, or you may find six months later the process is still incomplete. When asked, ―Why?‖ The
Unconscious Mind may simply say, ‖ Oh…I haven‘t started yet.‖
19. TAKES EVERYTHING PERSONALLY: What we are referring to is the basis of ‖Perception is Projection.‖ What you see in your reality is
who you are The good news is, what you say like like about your friend, is you. And the bad news is, that what you say you dislike about your
friend, is also you. . So it‘s a really good idea to think the best about everybody you meet in your world. If you are a Coach or Therapist, a
Teacher or a Manager for example, think the best about your clients or students — view them as being magnificent AND that they can and will
change using Time Line Therapy®, and guess what???? They will! It was George Estabrooks (1943) and also Andre Weitzenhoffer (1957) who
both said that what the therapist (or indeed coach, teacher, or manager) doesn't believe to be true will not be actualized by the client. So be careful
because you can limit your clients or students with your own limiting beliefs. If you see your clients as magnificent they will be magnificent.
Remember to believe in your own magnificence.
20. YOUR UNCONSCIOUS MIND CANNOT & DOES NOT PROCESS NEGATIVES: So be very clear that when you are instructing your
Unconscious Mind you are telling it what to do, instead of what not to do because it doesn‘t know the difference. You see, you can‘t think about
what you don‘t want to think about, without thinking about it!!!! Think about that!!?!

SUMMARY:
Your Time Line is how your Unconscious Mind encodes and stores all of your memories. This is how you know the difference between a past
memory, and a future memory (or future projection.) Also, your Time Line is largely an unconscious process, for example remembering your
home phone number; you are more or less aware of it from time to time. It‘s stored by your Unconscious Mind. Hence the thing that are easily
assessable are the real subconscious mind and the things that are lost on our repository of our mind which cannot be retrieved under normal
conditioning is the unconscious mind.

There‘s been plenty of debate over what is the correct term – subconscious or unconscious.
Unconscious is the term usually preferred by Psychologists and Psychiatrists to refer to the thoughts we have that are ―out of reach‖ of our
consciousness. It shouldn‘t be confused with the medical term for unconscious, which basically means knocked out or anesthetized, although both
definitions do have similar qualities.
In simple terms, the unconscious is the storage place for all our memories that have been repressed or which we don‘t wish to recall. A traumatic
event in our childhood that has been blocked out is an example, but it doesn‘t have to be so serious as this. It could be something very distant like
what you had for lunch on your first day of school or what the name was of the childhood friend you played with a couple of times.
It‘s a memory that we can‘t pull out at our choosing. It‘s there, but we can‘t remember it no matter how hard we try. Certain psychoanalytical
methods can bring back these memories (such as hypnosis) or it can be triggered by a particular event (a scent, a familiar place etc).
The important point to remember here, is that we cannot, by choice, remember anything in our unconscious without some special event or
technique. This is the unconscious.
The subconscious, on the other hand, is almost the same, but the major difference is we can choose to remember. The memories are closer to the
surface and more easily accessible with a little focus.
For example, if I were to ask you to remember what your phone number is, then you could easily bring that into conscious thought. The
interesting thing is that before I asked you to recall it, you had no conscious thought of it at all. It was stored in your subconscious available for
ready recall when needed, a bit like RAM in a computer because it‘s something that you require quite regularly to remember.
If, however, it wasn‘t important to you to recall your phone number that often then it may be stored a bit deeper, and as a result when you‘re
asked for your phone number on the spot you might struggle to remember it.

In many respects the unconscious deals with all the same tasks as the subconscious – memory, habits, feelings, emotions, and behaviors. The
difference between the two minds, however, is that the unconscious is the source of all these programs that your subconscious uses
It is the place where all your memories and experiences since birth have been stored. Its from these memories that your beliefs, habits, and
behaviors are formed and reinforced over time.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE

If you want to affect change in your life at a core level then you will have to work on your programs that are held in the unconscious mind. There
are specialized ways to make that happen, and if you‘ve read the entire series of these articles then you‘ll know that the place to start doing that is
in the conscious mind.
By continuously being in charge of your own thoughts through directing your focus and using visualization, you can influence what programs the
subconscious mind constantly runs. Do this often enough (and with enough emotional energy) then it will start to reprogram your unconscious
internal representation and belief system.
And when that happens you‘ll experience change on a very deep level!

H O W T O F O C US USI NG T H E C O NSC I O US M I ND
In a previous article I pointed out that what makes the conscious mind different from the subconscious and unconscious mind is your ability to
know how to focus it. It‘s this unique capability that allows your conscious mind to control the unconscious minds so you can tap into their vast
power. If you know how to train your conscious mind to do this, it can literally change every aspect of your life. First of all, lets take a look at
focus in a little more depth …..
ARE YOU PAYING ATTENTION?
The brain is an attention focusing machine. Indeed, throughout your day you are normally paying attention to various things at different levels of
attention without you even realizing. For instance, scientists have identified a number of different states we go into when paying attention to
something. A few of them are -
Selective Attention: where your brain chooses something to look at or listen to amongst all the many other distractions going on.
Shared attention: this allows you to do several tasks at one time like texting, eating, and talking (teenagers seem to be great at this!).
Sustained Attention: this allows you to maintain attention for long periods of time, like driving long distances.
For some people, however, their attention span is minimal and distractions come easy. ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) is an example of this.
The question is … how do you take control of all this constant attention demanding activity and direct it to achieve the outcomes in life you
want?
First of all, you have to know the difference between attention and focus.
Hence it is advised that if you pay attention to anything hence it will create you with the sphere of thinking and unconscious repository that will
create a surge of feelings, belief and value systems that will hence create a new personality within you hence it is advised that any things that you
see, hear, feel and read must be something that will create a value for you since it is nearly impossible to not to be affected with the thinking that
you might create for yourself.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PAYING ATTENTION AND KNOWING HOW TO FOCUS

Attention and focus are terms that are often used interchangeably to mean the same thing. However, there is a distinction between the two.
The brain uses our senses (sight, sound, touch, smell, and taste) to help it pay attention. So, attention could mean looking at an object in a
landscape while still being aware of the overall beautiful scenery, which involves multiple senses. Or, it could be the smell of fresh baked cookies
that takes our thoughts back to childhood, or watching a concert, or the feel of a camp fire on a cold night.
In all these cases your attention is drawn to that moment and your subconscious delivers the messages, moods, and feelings associated with that
particular activity. But your attention can dart away to other thoughts quite quickly. Attention can be (but not always) easily distracted.
Focus, on the other hand, is a much finer degree of attention. It‘s where the term ‗focus your attention on this …‘ comes from. It‘s like a spotlight
shone in a darkened room that pulls your attention onto a specific point and intently dedicates your senses to it to help you process and
understand what‘s going on.
It is a very willful act. That is, in the majority of cases you can control what you focus on at any point in time. It involves your mind, visual
imagery, mental curiosity, and self-talk dedicated to a specific topic, whether it be studying a textbook, drawing a picture, or thinking of a
solution to a problem. Again, your subconscious will come into play to deliver emotional messages about what you are focusing on (which can be
either positive or negative depending on your focus).
However, these two processes, while very similar, also have somewhat of an inverse relationship. For example, the more you are focused on
something, the less aware you are of what is going on around you. Alternatively, the more aware you are of what is going on around you, the
more difficult it will be to focus on something in particular.
Take driving a car as an example. For most people this has become a subconscious task, with your driving skills done mostly unconsciously
without you having to focus on them. Moreover, because it is a skill that you have become very good at, you can also hold a conversation with
someone else in the car while you drive and not be overly affected by doing the two tasks.
However, if, for example, you drove into a bad neighborhood or went into a completely unknown area, more attention resources would be called
upon to help you concentrate (focus) on where to go, and as such carrying on a conversation at the same time may become more difficult.
So, that‘s a brief description of the difference between attention and focus.
On the next page we will look at some fascinating research done on the importance of focus, and how by directing it properly can greatly improve
your results in life ….

HOW TO TRAIN YOUR BR AIN PART 1: REALIZATION.

As we mentioned previously, the subconscious mind is something of a lawyer when it comes to facts. For this reason it is very important to state
our objective correctly. Normally, in this scenario, we might think something like, ‘I have to go to the gym, but it’s going to hurt.’ This sentence
is what we may consider realistic – our muscles may well hurt as we exercise – and should we say this to ourselves it almost certainly will
become a reality because we will get what we asked for.

A better way to express our aim would be, ‘I am having fun at the gym and am pleased I am still fit.’ To some, this statement might seem
unrealistic – fun… at the gym…? – but if we can just bring ourselves to say it, we will start our subconscious down the route of associating the
gym with fun, not only making us want to go, but making the experience itself more enjoyable. This is the first step: state your objective in a
positive way.

This point about simplicity and clarity of objective is very important. As any masters in positive psychology or life coaching teachers will tell
you, the more simply you can express what you want, the more likely you are to get it.

SUBCONSCIOUS MIND POWER TECHNIQUES PART 2: TRANSLATION

Now that we are stating our objective positively, we need to translate our statement into a language our subconscious mind can understand. To do
this, we need to take the words, ‘I am having fun at the gym and am pleased that I am still fit,’ and translate them into images, sounds and
feelings. Allow yourself to imagine many positive images, sounds, feelings and self talk that will produce the sensation of having fun at the gym.
This will get your subconscious mind power working towards your conscious goal (to enjoy being at the gym).
SUBCONSCIOUS MIND POWER TECHNIQUES PART 3 : MEDITATE
This bit is optional, but meditating and silencing the conscious mind helps our subconscious mind power to take effect. You can meditate
wherever and whenever is convenient for you, and the basic meditation of closing your eyes focussing on your breath is perfectly adequate for
this exercise.

As you meditate, just allow your mind to completely relax, then bring your desire, as stated in Part 1, to mind and say it a few times to yourself. ‘I
am having fun at the gym and am pleased I am still fit.’ ‘I am… .’ Repeat the phrase just a few times.

Meditation is important for many many reasons, and not just for the subconscious mind. That’s why, in conjunction to our life coaching courses
and positive psychology courses here on Lifeand Self, we also offer meditation training courses on our sister site TheDailyMeditation.com
SUBCONSCIOUS MIND POWER TECHNIQUES PART 4 : TURN IMAGINATION INTO
REALITY
Now we need to bring the images, sounds and feelings from Part 2 to mind. The aim here is to make all stimuli as large, vibrant and realistic as
possible. Allow yourself to be responsive to your imaginings and really pay attention to the imaginary scene your subconscious mind is painting.
Subconscious Mind Power Techniques: How To Train Your Brain Part 5 : Put the process aside

Once you feel that the process has taken effect – it will be evident – simply open your eyes and immediately think of something different.
Remember, our conscious thoughts can stir our subconscious. By focussing our conscious mind entirely on something different, we allow our
internal representation of the gym to take place in our subconscious, where it will change form towards the desire we expressed. By trusting in the
process we allow it to take full effect. The next time we naturally happen to think about the gym we will find ourselves responding completely
differently to the idea of the treadmill and the sweat. We will, quite naturally, feel the desire to go, and once there, be far more likely to enjoy the
experience.

The above process has a million applications. It is principally used in Neuro-Linguistic Programming to create the motivation with which to
achieve our goals and is applicable to limitless avenues in life. Try it on various stimuli to which you would like a different response, or to
motivate yourself towards whatever goal you may have. Simply begin to experiment playfully with your mind via this simple positive psychology
exercise and you will notice how your own subconscious works. Once you begin communicating with your subconscious you can create a natural
congruence inside yourself that will pay dividends throughout. A healthy relationship between your conscious and subconscious is the seed that
will bear a thousand fruits.

Your mind processes external stimuli on two levels. Master the subconscious level, and your effectiveness will improve rapidly.

In the last ten years, we have seen vast improvements in the quality of training programs and equipment for law enforcement professionals. Too
often the mental aspect of training is either neglected or addressed at a superficial level.

In order for law enforcement professionals to effectively use the skills, tactics and equipment provided to them, they must first prepare and
condition their minds. That mental preparation and conditioning is the focus of this bi-weekly column.
In this post, I'll examine the mind and its roles and responsibilities. Future columns will focus on specific methods of training the mind such as
imagery, language, debriefings, video use and contextual-based training.

When we talk about the mind, there are two levels—the conscious and the subconscious. Both levels perceive the same information, but they
process it in entirely different ways. The conscious mind is the rational, logical, analytical part of the mind, as well as the home to willpower and
short-term memory.

- 10 -
Human Mind Control Methods 2015

Because the conscious mind is always seeking to rationalize and analyze incoming information, it's slow compared to the subconscious mind. The
conscious mind is also limited in the amount of information it can focus on at any one time. This is the part of the mind where we often focus our
attention in training.

In a high-stress, spontaneous, or rapidly evolving event, the conscious mind is bypassed, and the subconscious mind directs our responses. The
subconscious has a number of roles and responsibilities:

Imagination — The key for law enforcement professionals is to find ways to focus and direct our imagination to enhance performance and prepare
us for future situations. Imagery is one of those tools we can use for this.

Emotion — The subconscious actually communicates through feelings and emotions. We often talk about intuition (what people often call the
sixth sense) and usually describe it as a gut feeling, the hair standing up on the back of our neck, or our "spidey" senses tingling. Intuition is the
subconscious mind processing the information in the environment at hyper speed, then communicating to us through a feeling that something isn't
right. This all happens before we have a conscious awareness of the impending danger. Those who ignore or suppress these messages often
become victims.

Long Term Memory — Hence the importance of contextual-based training (we will explore this in future posts) and always training to win.

Habits — Many of the responses we refer to as instinctive or innate are actually habitual responses developed over time as a result of repetition
and emotional attachment. (Repetition alone does not create habitual responses.) Training with imagination and emotion is an important part of
developing more desirable habitual responses.
Self-Preservation — The job of the subconscious is to protect us from real or imagined threats. That threat might from the career criminal who is
trying to kill you during a traffic stop (real) or from the monster in the closet of a young child (imagined). Some innate self-preservation
responses may be less desirable for today's law enforcement professional and have to be modified or reprogrammed.

The thought processes carried out in the subconscious are done below the level of conscious awareness and therefore are often a mystery to us.
The way in which your subconscious mind is programmed will determine how you react in a given situation. If you truly want to train to win, you
need to ensure that your training program includes proper programming of the subconscious mind.

DI F F E R E NT T YP E S O F H UM AN BR AI N
We all wonder why we have something we always didn't wanted in our life and always dreamed something else but end up getting something
that's way below our imagination. We all end up to this life because we didn't do what was needed to be done and hence did what we always do.
Our brain has 3 parts that are like three persons living inside us. First part is our conscious brain, it is the brain that we think we are and we
usually think that this is real us. It sees the world in terms of five senses. It can only process information that is 7+-2 bits a time and cannot do
complex processing. It has short term memory and forgets things soon that are not repeated. It is the gateway of our soul and like a window that
helps us see the world outside. It lets us feel with much sensory input. It sees many objects, hears many sounds, tastes many buds existing
elements, touches many surfaces and smells many odor. It has much limitation it is like the output device we have on our computer. We usually
think this is real us, and end up our life in this feeling that we are this outer conscious brain.
Another us resides inside of that conscious brain that is called sub-conscious brain. It is the place where we have all the information that we can
recall it in just few seconds. Here we have information like our skills, our day to day job skills, our information's that we need for exam or work,
phone number of our house and close friends and relatives. Here many things are stored at first and slowly lose its vigor and moves to our main
hard disk called unconscious brain. Whatever we want to do now in the present time must be stored in this part of our brain. Our subconscious
brain is the part of us that can be called as a RAM of computer, where all the programs and files we need for today or in near future are loaded
and runs continuously till we don't need it and that part goes to our unconscious mind.
Finally our mind that is the core of us, which is the place where our soul, our enlightened Buddha and Jesus resides, is called unconscious brain.
It is the place where all the information from our birth till today is stored in chronological order. e.g., which class you were on class 1, and how
your 21st day on class 8 was. It has all the information embedded inside it. It is like a huge hard disk and also like a huge super computer that
NASA has for analysis of celestial objects on the world. It can process complex problems that even computers or 1000 group of computers cannot
do. Here we can find creativity like William Shakespeare, inventors like Nicola Tesla, arts like Beethoven and other eminent personalities we see
on this earth. All the greatest inventions in the earth were not a planned process of our conscious effort. We just got a sudden click on our mind
that this thing might work as a dream and enthusiasm we have to do it. We then give our unconscious brain a dream, believe, hope and a problem
that causes it to challenge its power. Hence it starts its engine and hence does a huge processing day and night till he ends up a answer to the
problem we want. During the phase for heavy processing and calculations we need to feed our inner brain with huge amount of resources and
literature around the world. It needs huge information to process it for months and years. Its 1 day is equal to 1 year of our conscious world. So its
years are equal to 365 years of work of our conscious brain's work.
We hence finally will get a answer to the question, and that moment is called where the inventions are made. Our subconscious mind plays by the
rule of repetition. e.g., 5000 repetition is needed for muscle to brain coordination so that the skills move to our unconscious brain. Handling
complex task like that of creating inventions require huge processing and we need huge repetition, inspiration, trial and error and again huge
correlation brain that can relate world objects into many interwoven parts and can combine many theories from many places on a bundle.
We always need to look inside our unconscious brain for any information we may find there. It is the place where many inventions are made and
created many times a day and we don't know how to find a way to be there. We always wait if some courier from that part of our brain comes to
us and makes us a hero. If we can get inside our inner brain by our own will than we can have huge progress in life and can be the most
successful person on earth.
We have a power to be inside our unconscious brain by having imagination, relaxation and having thoughtlessness. We need to program our-self
by heavy repetition of things we need to achieve. If we want to be rich and don't do any repetitive work that causes the complex problem to be

- 11 -
Human Mind Control Methods 2015

rich solved by inner brain, than we just end up being a person of conscious brain who has no current of river flowing to his goal and his boat is
moving just reverse direction.
Human mind has two parts that are our right brain and left brain. Right brain performs the functions of imagination, creativity, colors, feeling,
intuition and left brain performs functions like maths, analysis, review, microscopic view of the focused areas. We also have another level of
brain that is our reptilian brain, mammalian brain and our human brain that is prefrontal cortex. Our reptilian brain is adapt to the basic process of
flight or fight mode and all the survival instinct that we have stored from the time we were growing from a lower species to higher level of
species. Our mammalian brain is the house where all the human emotions are stored, that is also present on dogs and cats. Our highly analytically
brain the prefrontal cortex is the foundation of human enigma and pride, from here we developed thinking, analysis, performance, memory
retrieval, control of our conscious thinking process and other important things that lead to our human civilization development and profound
knowledge base due to the embedded curiosity.
We have many bases of our human mind that still needs to be explored like the basis of hypnotic experience, the euphoria, the extra-spatial basis
of our thinking and other things that are most prominent for our overall development.
T YP E S O F I NT E L L I G E NC E
We have many forms of intelligence that are given to us by our genes during our birth times. There are nine types of intelligence and they are as:
1 . N AT U R A L I S T I N T E L L I G E N C E ( ― N AT U R E S M A R T ‖ )
Designates the human ability to discriminate among living things (plants, animals) as well as sensitivity to other features of the natural world
(clouds, rock configurations). This ability was clearly of value in our evolutionary past as hunters, gatherers, and farmers; it continues to be
central in such roles as botanist or chef. It is also speculated that much of our consumer society exploits the naturalist intelligences, which can be
mobilized in the discrimination among cars, sneakers, kinds of makeup, and the like.
2 . M U S I C A L I N T E L L I G E N C E ( ―M U S I C A L S M A R T ‖ )
Musical intelligence is the capacity to discern pitch, rhythm, timbre, and tone. This intelligence enables us to recognize, create, reproduce, and
reflect on music, as demonstrated by composers, conductors, musicians, vocalist, and sensitive listeners. Interestingly, there is often an affective
connection between music and the emotions; and mathematical and musical intelligences may share common thinking processes. Young adults
with this kind of intelligence are usually singing or drumming to themselves. They are usually quite aware of sounds others may miss.
3 . L O G I C A L - M AT H E M AT I C A L I N T E L L I G E N C E ( N U M B E R / R E AS O N I N G S M A R T )
Logical-mathematical intelligence is the ability to calculate, quantify, consider propositions and hypotheses, and carry out complete mathematical
operations. It enables us to perceive relationships and connections and to use abstract, symbolic thought; sequential reasoning skills; and
inductive and deductive thinking patterns. Logical intelligence is usually well developed in mathematicians, scientists, and detectives. Young
adults with lots of logical intelligence are interested in patterns, categories, and relationships. They are drawn to arithmetic problems, strategy
games and experiments.
4. EXISTENTIAL INTEL LIGENCE
Sensitivity and capacity to tackle deep questions about human existence, such as the meaning of life, why do we die, and how did we get here.
5. INTERPERSONAL I NT ELLIGENCE (PEOPLE SM ART‖)
Interpersonal intelligence is the ability to understand and interact effectively with others. It involves effective verbal and nonverbal
communication, the ability to note distinctions among others, sensitivity to the moods and temperaments of others, and the ability to entertain
multiple perspectives. Teachers, social workers, actors, and politicians all exhibit interpersonal intelligence. Young adults with this kind of
intelligence are leaders among their peers, are good at communicating, and seem to understand others‘ feelings and motives.
6 . B O D I L Y - KI N E S T H E T I C I N T E L L I G E N C E ( ―B O D Y S M A R T ‖ )
Bodily kinesthetic intelligence is the capacity to manipulate objects and use a variety of physical skills. This intelligence also involves a sense of
timing and the perfection of skills through mind–body union. Athletes, dancers, surgeons, and craftspeople exhibit well-developed bodily
kinesthetic intelligence.
7 . L I N G U I S T I C I N T E L L I G E N C E ( WO R D S M A R T )
Linguistic intelligence is the ability to think in words and to use language to express and appreciate complex meanings. Linguistic intelligence
allows us to understand the order and meaning of words and to apply meta-linguistic skills to reflect on our use of language. Linguistic
intelligence is the most widely shared human competence and is evident in poets, novelists, journalists, and effective public speakers. Young
adults with this kind of intelligence enjoy writing, reading, telling stories or doing crossword puzzles.
8. INTRA-PERS ON AL INTELLI GENC E (SELF S MART‖)
Intra-personal intelligence is the capacity to understand oneself and one‘s thoughts and feelings, and to use such knowledge in planning
and directioning one‘s life. Intra-personal intelligence involves not only an appreciation of the self, but also of the human condition. It is evident
in psychologist, spiritual leaders, and philosophers. These young adults may be shy. They are very aware of their own feelings and are self-
motivated.
9 . S P AT I A L I N T E L L I G E N C E ( ―P I C T U R E S M A R T ‖ )
Spatial intelligence is the ability to think in three dimensions. Core capacities include mental imagery, spatial reasoning, image manipulation,
graphic and artistic skills, and an active imagination. Sailors, pilots, sculptors, painters, and architects all exhibit spatial intelligence. Young
adults with this kind of intelligence may be fascinated with mazes or jigsaw puzzles, or spend free time drawing or daydreaming.
The types of intelligence that are on us are the effect of two factors theory of human behavior, Research shows that we have two kind of behavior
and they are one that are due to genetics and other are the learned response of the environment that we lived, motivated and we worked hard for.
If we have both the type or genetics and hard work we will be a profound scholar of our field.

The power of repetition is the master plan and game of all the religion and all the politics that causes our unconscious mind to be habituated with
the work that we perform and hence create a huge set of mental inertial with the things that they create. Human mind are prone to repetition and
negative repetition tends to get multiplied more than the positive one. If we repeat a child that he is bad boy, he in dull, he has no mind and he is
not smart as other guys and if we repeat a child that he is the best, he is smart, he cannot be won by anyone and we have noticed that after few
repetition and real unconscious multiplication that behavior gets deeply embedded on his mind and forms his belief about himself. That behavior

- 12 -
Human Mind Control Methods 2015

that is present during childhood forms all of our life time personality, societal perception and behavior for lifetime. For example of this case, lets
tell that there is a master and he scolds his servant that he is not good at his duty, he is worst and dull, he cannot do a single work on time and
perfectly than slowly after few hundred or tens repetition to him he will think these things to be real and he hence will be driven by his
unconscious mind that turns this repetition to his belief system and hence that will create a huge impact for him for lifetime. If on either case, had
we told him that he is the best, he has more minds and is smarter but needs to do it carefully than slowly that person will develop the ability to
perform the task. We can align this theory with the military theory of a commander training a new recruit regarding the march pass, here on every
left right he says and the new trainee follows that trainee is setting his mind to being familiarizing with the frame of the mind where he will
follow orders from his commander of a task that is of higher value. Here, we can say that commander is making new recruit being able to follow
his command, to the point where his questionable ability and his critical mind gets shut down to the limit.
We can have a new paradigm of the mind theory saying that if we repeat a think to the theory of special learning theory than we might be
enforcing that thing to penetrate to our unconscious brain. If it gets to our unconscious brain than that becomes our habit and we can be doing it
without interference from our conscious effort and that things might be good and bad for our life since, we don't want to make someone else
control our brain and our life by inducing a special repetition and learning theory for forming our behavior. Hence before performing a repetitive
task we have to answer to our brain that are we using a theory that might get to our habit and form our life and hence we should be more
conscious critically before using this kind of works on our life.
On the video (Captive Minds : Hypnosis and Beyond., 2011) we know that by using the power of repetition many hypnotist elicit the state of
hypnosis and hence create a suggestible state in the human mind and hence create a great psychological way to cure human. Here using the
classical methodology of beating drums and dancing for more than a hour or playing of music that is repetitive for more time creates our brain to
stop thinking consciously and creates a trance like state in human body hence opens our unconscious mind to external suggestion and hence can
be cured by giving him the suggestion that makes his unconscious mind think that that might be helpful to him.
We can hence relate that more we repeat things that can become absorbed by our unconscious mind and hence create a loop of thinking that it is
our normal conditioning of our life and hence give it a benefit of doubt and hence create a worst reality of human beings. This theory are used by
many advertisement professionals and hence create product to the society that they believe that it is the normal condition of life to accept them
since they have seen them more than 100 times on many places and hence became familiar with them and hence create a reality that it is the thing
that they were searching for.

State elicitation is an important skill and part of many NLP Techniques. It involves the ability to experience resource and other states like peak
performance strongly and cleanly. Identifying the structure of an experience is an important aspect of NLP Modeling, and NLP Anchoring. It also
enables changing states.
NLP ANCHORING
Eliciting a strong example of a state is a key factor for successful NLP anchoring.
M AN A G I N G AN D C H A N G I N G S T AT E S
We change state naturally many times each day. When experiencing an unresourceful state, you may not have set an appropriate anchor in
advance. Being able to quickly elicit an alternate and more useful state is a powerful tool.
NLP MODE LING
NLP modeling is the NLP process of skill development. When we decompose a skill or behavior, we find beliefs, physiology and the specific
thought processes underlying it. Then we can make a blueprint and copy that person‘s skill.
An important part of physiology and modeling is state elicitation. If we are asking someone about an experience in order to model them, they
must be re-experiencing the state.
AS S O C I A T I O N A N D D I S S O C I AT I O N
Traditionally, when we wanted to find out how someone is successful at something we ask ―about‖ her success. This immediately puts the person
into dissociated theory mode where they reflect on important elements.
If dissociated, she will give us the theory rather than describe what she is actually doing as if in the present. When someone is re-experiencing a
state, we can find the ―how‖ rather than the speculation.
For instance, if someone asked me what made me a good speller, I might say, ―When I come across a word I can‘t spell I look it up immediately‖
This is my strategy for being a good speller, and I might teach this as a process. Only if I am associated and in my ―spelling state‖ will I notice
that I see a picture of the word up and to my left followed by a feeling in my solar plexus that this is right.
S T AT E E L I C I T AT I O N P R O C E S S
The best states to elicit are simple and clean. Many states are really combinations and need separating. For instance, I may get my package from
Amazon and feel elated and guilty at the same time for spending so much.
1. They also don‘t have to be earth-shattering experiences. For example, the state of calm I felt waking up 10 minutes before the alarm this morning
is simple and clean.
2. Access an uptime state in yourself if eliciting a state in someone else. You need aware and alert senses (NLP calls this state uptime). This is
where your focus is on what is actually going on for the person rather than going inside to process (sensing rather than intuiting) or talk to
yourself (Auditory Digital Processing). If doing state elicitation for yourself, skip this step.
3. Search for the desired state by asking.
4. Do you remember a time when you experienced that state or resource? For example, when I graduated I walked up on the stage and felt
[invincible].
5. What would it be like if you experienced that state or resource? For example, what if an alien gave you a magic [confidence] cloak?
6. Do you know someone who is [patient]? What would it be like to step into them and experience that state or resource for a time?
7. If you were the [most creative] person on the planet, what would that be like?
8. Access the state yourself; you absolutely need to match it. If the state they are going for is calm for instance, you must be calm yourself. Have
you ever had someone raise his or her voice and speak rapidly in an attempt to get you to calm down? We tend to catch others states, we respond
to the states of others unconsciously. It‘s a caveperson thing. When someone shouts ―run‖ in an emergency tone, we respond or get eaten.
9. Have the person re-experience the state. Circle of Excellence technique contains an example of re-accessing a resource state. Use present tense
language that encourages association. For instance

- 13 -

10. What do you see, how big, bright, colorful, close etc is the image?
11. What do you hear, how clear, loud, close etc
12. What sensations are you feeling? Where are they? What direction are they moving, pulsing, clockwise, anticlockwise etc? How strong?
13. How are you breathing? Where is the breathing, how low, deep, slow etc?
14. How are you standing? What is your posture, balance, center of gravity, weight like?
15. What are you saying to yourself? What voice tone, volume, and speed are you using?
16. Enhance the intensity of the state with appropriate submodalities and including all Representational Systems. For example, you might make the
pictures more colorful and larger, increase the movement of Kinesthetic System Processing, or increase the pace of speaking.
17. As an observer, you are noticing changes that will show the intensity or purity of the state. For instance, breathing, skin color and posture
changes. If you are doing state elicitation for yourself make sure the state is intense enough for the purpose. NLP Anchoring for instance needs
the state to be strong and at a peak.
NLP anchoring uses the concept that was developed by the Russian Scientist Dr Ivan Palvov that more you link a stimulus to a external unique
thing, that things becomes after more and more repetition aligned to that feelings and things and hence create a person whose emotions and
external thinking, can be controlled by the unique anchor that is placed for his reality that was previously linked to him.

Hereby according to the (Captive Minds : Hypnosis and Beyond., 2011) we can know that giving a direct suggestion always creates a surge or
urge to not follow the order. According to the Sir Milton Ericsion that indirect suggestion and the pattern to use the internal memory system to
create a loop of structures that can help peoples come up to suggestion by own self through searching and finding the causes and hence creation
of things that oneself thinks might be the solution can create a behavior that is desired. According to the Rajneesh, if you can make a person in
new environment, where there is new friends, new peoples, new society that creates a thinking that he is not associated to previous place that he
lived and slowly creates a identity of new person that emerges from that thing. Many of this techniques are used by marketing and sales
professionals around the world to create a feelings that they want to purchase that thing that sales person is presenting and hence create a surge
that he is under the mind loop that we wants to purchase it and hence be happy by it. Here is the link to Monarch mind control techniques that

R AP P O R T
Rapport is the basic element of creation of human trust, bond and togetherness. We all usually like peoples that are like our self or the people
whom we on our unconscious mind thinks we want to be with. Its all about the human mind that associates it with the things that we see and feel
around that we have framed on our mind that creates a value of things. Here are some of the things that we can match up to the person whom we
are influencing that can help us achieve our small dream:
1. Dress up/ taste/ touch/ smell/listen
2. Body language matching
3. Movements mirroring
4. Sensory perception speaking
5. Agreeing and sentence type
6. Finding similarity
7. Voice tone, speed, rhythm, slang language, words image, breathing rate,
8. Praise, flattery, telling reality and hence pacing and leading

Here are some other methods that are used by FBI when create a spy block that is used to infiltrative the human mind and hence they are as
follows:
1) Establish ar tificial time constr aints
Nobody wants to feel trapped in an awkward conversation with a stranger.
Robin often begins a conversation with something along the lines of“I’m on my way out but before I left I wanted to ask you…”
Have you ever been sitting in a bar, an airport, a library, or browsing in a bookstore when a stranger tried to start a conversation with you? Did
you feel awkward or on your guard? The conversation itself is not necessarily what caused the discomfor t. The discomfort was induced because
you didn’t know when or if it would end. For this reason, the first step in the process of developing great rapport and having great
conversations is letting the other person know that there is an end in sight, and it is really close.
2) Make Sur e Your Body Language is In Sync
Make sur e your wor ds and body language ar e aligned and both ar e non -thr eatening.
A simple smile is the most powerful nonverbal technique, as Dale Carnegie let us know.
When you walk into a room with a bunch of strangers, are you naturally drawn to those who look angry and upset or those with smiles and
laughing? Smiling is the number one nonverbal technique you should utilize to look more accommodating. In Dale Carnegie’s book, “ How to
Win F riends and Influence People” it is principle number two of six.
3) Speak Slowly
Quick speech can sound nervous and jumpy, not confident. Crazy people speak quickly; self-assured people speak slowly.

- 15 -
Human Mind Control Methods 2015

When individuals speak slowly and clearly, they tend to sound more credible than those who speak quickly.
4) Ask For Help
When a r equest is small, we naturally feel a connection to those who ask us for help.
Have you ever felt a pang of guilt for turning down someone seeking help? I have personally found that there is no greater theme and tool for
eliciting individuals for action, information, and a great conversation than the use of sympathy or assistance. Think for a moment about the
times in your life when you have either sought assistance or been asked to provide it. When the request is simple, of limited duration, and non-
threatening, we are more inclined to accommodate the request. As human beings, we are biologically conditioned to accommodate requests for
assistance.
5) Suspend Your Ego
Avoid correcting people or anything that could be interpreted as one-upmanship.
J ust listen. You don’t need to tell your stor y; just encourage them to keep telling their s.
Suspending your ego is nothing more complex than putting other individuals’ wants, needs, and perceptions of reality ahead of your own. Most
times, when two individuals engage in a conversation, each patiently waits for the other person to be done with whatever stor y he or she is
telling. Then, the other person tells his or her own story, usually on a related topic and often times in an attempt to have a better and more
interesting story.Individuals practicing good ego suspension would continue to encourage the other individual to talk about his or her story,
neglecting their own need to share what they think is a great story… Those individuals who allow others to continue talking without taking
their own turn are generally regarded as the best conversationalists. These individuals are also sought after when friends or family need
someone to listen without judgment. They are the best at building quick and lasting rapport.
6) Validate Other s
The simplest way to do this is to listen.
The simplest validation that can be given to another individual is simply listening. The action doesn’t require any proactive effort aside from
the incessant need each of us has to tell our own story…
The difficulty most of us have is keeping from interjecting our own thoughts, ideas, and stories during the conversation. True validation coupled
with ego suspension means that you have no story to offer, that you are there simply to hear theirs.
7) Ask: How? When? Why?
Ask open-ended questions.
One of the key concepts that every great interviewer or conversationalist knows is to ask open ended questions. Open ended questions are ones
that don’t require a simple yes or no answer. They are generally questions that require more words and thought. Once the individual being
targeted in the conversation supplies more words and thought, a great conversationalist will utilize the content given and continue to ask open
ended questions about the same content. The entire time, the individual being targeted is the one supplying the content of the conversation.
Dreeke also recommends using a number of standard FBI active listening techniques you can read about here.
8) Quid Pro Quo
Some people don‘t speak much. Other times you listen too well and people feel self-conscious about talking so much.
In these two cases it’s good to give a piece of per sonal infor mation for ever y one they r eveal to get a flow going.
In my experiences, there are really only two types of situations where I have utilized quid pro quo. The first and more common of the instances
is when you attempt to converse with someone who is either very introverted, guarded, or both. The second instance is when the person you
are conversing with suddenly becomes very aware about how much they have been speaking, and they suddenly feel awkward. In both
instances, giving a little information about you will help alleviate some of the issues.
9) Give A Gift
Reciprocation is deeply wired into human natur e. When you offer people something, they will natur ally feel the need to help you in
r etur n.
Doesn‘t have to be a big box with a bow on it. Offering someone anything, tangible or not, counts.
Most people would feel badly if they received a gift and forgot to say or send a thank you note to the giver. When someone does you a favor you
most likely want to reciprocate with gratitude. Great rapport builders and conversationalists use this desire proactively during every
conversation. This technique, coupled with ego suspension, are the cornerstones for building great relationships. This is also the easiest
technique to utilize, because gifts come in many forms, from non-material compliments, to tangible material gifts.
10) Managing Your Own Expectations
If you don‘t manage your expectations properly it can lead to disappointment, resentment and anger.
Play it cool. Focus on the other per son’s needs and don’t let your expectations rise.
When we are able to shift or manage our expectations, we reduce potential disappointment. When we are disappointed, we sometimes get
angry and may even hold grudges and get hurt feelings. These emotions are not conducive to healthy or long term relationships. These emotions
are definitely not conducive to developing quick rapport. The best technique to avoid these emotions is to manage expectations.
A number of the ten methods are similar to those espoused by other FBI specialists I have interviewed, including former head of international
hostage negotiation, Chris Voss, and FBI profiler Jim Clemente.
The Right Attitude
And what does Robin say is the best attitude to take when trying to build rapport? Make sure the other person walks away better for having met
you.
Before I use these techniques or send any class out to practice these techniques, I remind myself and them of one everlasting rule that will
dramatically increase your probability of success; it is all about them. The only goal I have either for myself or the individuals I teach is that in
every interaction the other person should walk away feeling much better for having met you. You should brighten their day and listen to them
when no one else will. Build that connection where others wouldn’t and you will have mastered both conversations and quick rapport.

9. Embedded commands
10. Story Telling programming technique of Dr Milton Ericson

By contrast, Er icksonian Hypnosis and Neur o-Linguistic Pr ogr amming techniques work far better for most members of
today's generation! This is because today people are taught to question everything, rather than just follow the flock. So these
methods do wor k ver y well on people who are critical or analytical in their thinking processes.
These methods are much more effective at reaching and influencing the unconscious. However, it can take years of training,
study, and most of all experience to learn how to apply these techniques effectively. This is a challenge that is only accepted by
the truly dedicated.
With "Er icksonian Hypnosis," we use little stories, called metaphors, to present suggestions and ideas to the unconscious
mind. This is a powerful and effective method, because it usually eliminates the blockage of and resistance to suggestions that is
often caused by the conscious mind. There are two types of metaphors, "Isomorphic," and those of the imbedded command or
"interspersal" nature.
Isomor phic metaphor s offer direction to the unconscious by telling a story that offers up a moral. The unconscious draws a
one-to-one relationship between elements of the story and elements of a problem situation or behavior.
For example, if a child is telling a lot of lies, the parent might tell the child the story about the "Boy who cried wolf." The
unconscious would draw a parallel between the boy in the story and the child and realize that telling lies could lead to disaster, so
the child would probably stop lying.
With the Embedded Command technique, the hypnotist tells an interesting story that engages and distracts the conscious
mind. The story contains hidden indirect suggestions that are usually accepted by the unconscious.
Pr ocess Instr uctions direct the unconscious to find a memory of an appropriate learning experience from the past, and apply that
experience to making a change in the present.
With "Neur o-Linguistic Pr ogr amming" (NLP), rather than using suggestions, we use the same thought patterns that are
creating a problem, like an excessive appetite or stress, to eliminate the problems. NLP in the hands of an experienced
practitioner can be very effective. I utilize several different NLP techniques in my practice, and in my pre-recorded programs.
NLP Anchor ing: Have you ever heard an old song and had it trigger feelings from the past? When you originally heard the
song, you were feeling those feelings, and they unconsciously became attached to the sound of the song. So the song became an
Anchor for the feelings. Now when you hear the song, it triggers the same feelings again.
Anchoring can be a very useful technique. Suppose that you have a memory of being commended for having done something
well in the past. If you go back into that memory, you'll be able to recreate the feelings of self-esteem that you had at that
time. If you touch two fingers together while you re-experience those feelings of self-esteem, that touch will become an anchor
for the feelings of self-esteem.
Now suppose that you want to create motivation to stick to a diet and lose weight. If you make a mental image of yourself with a
thin, sexy body, and simultaneously trigger the anchor - (press the two fingers together again), your unconscious will attach the
feelings of self-esteem to the image of you with the thin body and your level of motivation to lose weight will increase
dramatically.
NLP Flash: This is a very powerful Neuro-Linguistic Programming technique that can be used to "flip" things around in the
unconscious, so that thoughts and experiences that used to trigger feelings of stress actually trigger relaxation instead.
The NLP Flash technique is also extremely effective for extinguishing conditioned responses. For example: If a smoker has a
cigarette while drinking coffee, his/her unconscious will pair the two behaviors together so that he/she automatically gets a
craving for a cigarette anytime he/she has a cup of coffee. The Flash will cause the smoker's mind to disassociate the image of a
cigarette from the cup of coffee so that he/she does NOT get an urge to smoke just because he/she is drinking coffee.
NLP Refr ame: Reframing is a potent technique for helping a person change their behavior. We must respect that there is a
positive outcome (secondary gain) accomplished by all behaviors. The outcome is always important. However, the behavior
that is used to accomplish that outcome is unimportant.
When we do a Reframe, we negotiate with the unconscious and have it assume responsibility for making the client unconsciously
substitute some other behavior that is as effective and available at accomplishing that secondary gain, but is more consciously
acceptable to the individual. ( http://www.neuro-vision.us/DifferentTypesOfHypnosis.html)

Brain works on different frequencies and it is associated with the work we are doing or whether we are under high performance state or we are
under low performance state.
1. Beta (12-30 Hz) normal consciousness, heightened state of alertness, logic and critical reasoning, daily activity
2. Alpha (7.5-12 Hz) deep relaxation, increase imagination, visualization, memory learning and concentration, gateway to subconscious mind
3. Theta (4-7.5 Hz) light sleep, REM dream state, Deep meditation, intuition, memory and vivid visual, imagery, deep spiritual connection and unity
with universe, great inspiration, profound creation, exceptional insight
4. Delta (0.5-4 Hz) deep dreamless sleep, very deep, transcendental meditation, unconscious mind, regeneration
5. Gamma (above 40 Hz) burst if insight and high level information processing

ALPHA. Regarded as "general" or regular programming within the base control personality; characterized by extremely pronounced memory
retention, along with substantially increased physical strength and visual acuity. Alpha programming is accomplished through deliberately
subdividing the victims personality which, in essence, causes a left brain-right brain division, allowing for a programmed union of L and R
through neuron pathway stimulation.
BETA. Referred to as "sexual" programming. This programming eliminates all learned moral convictions and stimulates the primitive sexual
instinct, devoid of inhibitions. "Cat" alters may come out at this level.
DELTA. This is known as "killer" programming, originally developed for training special agents or elite soldiers (i.e. Delta Force, First Earth
Battalion, Mossad, etc.) in covert operations. Optimal adrenal output and controlled aggression is evident. Subjects are devoid of fear; very
systematic in carrying out their assignment. Self-destruct or suicide instructions are layered in at this level.
THETA considered to the "psychic" programming. Bloodliners (those coming from multi-generational Satanic families) were determined to
exhibit a greater propensity for having telepathic abilities than did non-bloodliners. Due to its evident limitations, however, various forms of
electronic mind control systems were developed and introduced, namely, bio-medical human telemetry devices (brain implants), directed-energy
lasers using microwaves and/or electromagnetics. It is reported these are used in conjunction with highly-advanced computers and sophisticated
satellite tracking systems.
OMEGA. A "self-destruct" form of programming, also known as "Code Green." The corresponding behaviors include suicidal tendencies and/or
self-mutilation. This program is generally activated when the victim/survivor begins therapy or interrogation and too much memory is being
recovered.
GAMMA. Another form of system protection is through "deception" programming, which elicits misinformation and misdirection. This level is
intertwined with demonology and tends to regenerate itself at a later time if inappropriately deactivated.

Pacing and leading is the methodology that is devised by the famous NLP model that says that development of yes sets can create unconscious
mind take over the conscious mind and hence create a agreement pattern and hence create a huge benefit for the clients.
Here is a example of Pacing and leading:
Julie, we met, at last * I'm Jason * wonderful day isn't it * I'm glad we managed to get together here in my office today * so we can sort out that
deal we want to close today #
Julie you may be wondering how we get the best of what we both want * I know some people tell you what you want to hear * I'm not a mind
reader * I think things have a way of feeling just right # a way of removing the hurdles using instinct #
Shall we get straight to the point * I know you are a busy women * and you have others people to see * I believe this project has a fine future
# and with the combination of your knowledge and our skills we should make a great partnership # , I can see this good for all of us #
True some peoples are excited about the prospects of this merger * I am sure we will see # we can make a great team # your company # and ours

Maximum memory for short term 7+-2 items per time
Minimum Repetition for Muscle Memory 5000 times (as suggested by Saolin master)
The human brain consists of about one billion neurons. Each neuron forms about 1,000 connections to other neurons, amounting to more than a
trillion connections. If each neuron could only help store a single memory, running out of space would be a problem. You might have only a few
gigabytes of storage space, similar to the space in an iPod or a USB flash drive. Yet neurons combine so that each one helps with many memories
at a time, exponentially increasing the brain’s memory storage capacity to something closer to around 2.5 petabytes (or a million gigabytes). For
comparison, if your brain worked like a digital video recorder in a television, 2.5 petabytes would be enough to hold three million hours of TV
shows. You would have to leave the TV running continuously for more than 300 years to use up all that storage.

฀ Nerve impulses to and from the brain travel as fast as 170 miles per hour. Ever wonder how you can react so fast to things around you or why that
stubbed toe hurts right away? It’s due to the super-speedy movement of nerve impulses from your brain to the rest of your body and vice versa,

bringing reactions at the speed of a high powered luxury sports car.
The brain operates on the same amount of power as 10-watt light bulb. The cartoon image of a light bulb over your head when a great thought
occurs isn’t too far off the mark. Your brain generates as much energy as a small light bulb even when you’re sleeping.
฀ The human brain cell can hold 5 times as much information as the Encyclopedia Britannica. Or any other encyclopedia for that matter. Scientists
have yet to settle on a definitive amount, but the storage capacity of the brain in electronic terms is thought to be between 3 or even 1,000
terabytes. The National Archives of Britain, containing over 900 years of history, only takes up 70 terabytes, making your brain’s memory power

pretty darn impressive.
Your brain uses 20% of the oxygen that enters your bloodstream. The brain only makes up about 2% of our body mass, yet consumes more
oxygen than any other organ in the body, making it extremely susceptible to damage related to oxygen deprivation. So breathe deep to keep your

brain happy and swimming in oxygenated cells.
The brain is much more active at night than during the day.Logically, you would think that all the moving around, complicated calculations and
tasks and general interaction we do on a daily basis during our working hours would take a lot more brain power than, say, lying in bed. Turns
out, the opposite is true. When you turn off your brain turns on. Scientists don’t yet know why this is but you can thank the hard work of your

brain while you sleep for all those pleasant dreams.
Scientists say the higher your I.Q. the more you dream. While this may be true, don’t take it as a sign you’re mentally lacking if you can’t recall
your dreams. Most of us don’t remember many of our dreams and the average length of most dreams is only 2-3 seconds–barely long enough to

register.
Neurons continue to grow throughout human life. For years scientists and doctors thought that brain and neural tissue couldn’t grow or
regenerate. While it doesn’t act in the same manner as tissues in many other parts of the body, neurons can and do grow throughout your life,

adding a whole new dimension to the study of the brain and the illnesses that affect it.
Information travels at different speeds within different types of neurons. Not all neurons are the same. There are a few different types within the

body and transmission along these different kinds can be as slow as 0.5 meters/sec or as fast as 120 meters/sec.
The brain itself cannot feel pain. While the brain might be the pain center when you cut your finger or burn yourself, the brain itself does not have
pain receptors and cannot feel pain. That doesn’t mean your head can’t hurt. The brain is surrounded by loads of tissues, nerves and blood vessels

that are plenty receptive to pain and can give you a pounding headache.
80% of the brain is water. Your brain isn’t the firm, gray mass you’ve seen on TV. Living brain tissue is a squishy, pink and jelly-like organ
thanks to the loads of blood and high water content of the tissue. So the next time you’re feeling dehydrated get a drink to keep your brain
hydrated.

1) HYPNOSIS - Inducing a high state of suggestibility, often thinly disguised as relaxation or meditation.
a. Repetitive Music (most likely with a beat close to the human heart 45 to 72 beats per minute). Most likely used during "study sessions" as the
teacher will say the music helps you relax and concentrate better!
b. Voice Roll -- A "voice roll" is a patterned, paced style used by hypnotists when inducing a trance. It is also used by many lawyers, several of
whom are highly trained hypnotists, when they desire to entrench a point firmly in the minds of the jurors. A voice roll can sound as if the

- 21 -
Human Mind Control Methods 2015

speaker were talking to the beat of a metronome or it may sound as though he were emphasizing every word in a monotonous, patterned style.
The words will usually be delivered at the rate of 45 to 60 beats per minute, maximizing the hypnotic effect.
c. Room "Feel" - The way a room feels is essential to hypnotizing unknowing subjects. It needs special lighting, florescent lights are best because
they aren't too dim, but aren't too harsh. Also, Room Temp helps a bit, usually a little cooler than normal room temperature. You need to have the
unknowing subjects very relaxed, perhaps even close to falling asleep.
2) PEER GROUP PRESSURE - Suppressing doubt and resistance to new ideas by exploiting the need to belong.
3) " LOVE BOMBING" - Creating a sense of family through physical touch, thought & feeling sharing and emotional bonding.
4) REJ ECTION OF OLD VALUES - Accelerating acceptance of new lifestyle by constantly denouncing former beliefs and values.
5) CONFUSING DOCTRINE - Encouraging blind acceptance and rejection of logic through complex lectures on an incomprehensible doctrine.
6) METACOMMUNICATION - Implanting subliminal messages by stressing certain key words or phrases in long, confusing lectures.
7) REMOVAL OF PRIVACY - Achieving loss of ability to evaluate logically by preventing private contemplation.
8) DISINHIBITION - Encouraging child-like obedience by orchestrating child-like behaviour
9) UNCOMPROMISING RULES - Inducing regression and disorientation by soliciting agreement to seemingly simple rules which regulate
mealtimes, bathroom breaks and use of medications.
10) VERBAL ABUSE - Desensitizing through bombardment with foul and abusive language. (Physical abuse, such as torture, is the more
extreme form of this.)
11) SLEEP DEPRIVATION AND FATIGUE - Creating disorientation and vulnerability by prolonging mental an physical activity and
withholding adequate rest and sleep.
12) DRESS CODES - Removing individuality by demanding conformity to the group dress code.
13) CHANTING OR SINGING - Eliminating non-cult ideas through group repetition of mind-narrowing chants or phrases.
14) CONFESSION - Encouraging the destruction of individual ego through confession of personal weaknesses and innermost feelings of doubt.
15) FINANCIAL COMMITMENT - Achieving increased dependence on the group by 'burning bridges' to the past, through the donation of
assets.
16) FINGER POINTING - Creating a false sense of righteousness by pointing to the shortcomings of the outside world.
17) ISOLATION - Inducing loss of reality by physical separation from family, friends, society and rational references.
18) CONTROLLED APPROVAL - Maintaining vulnerability and confusion by alternately rewarding and punishing similar actions.
19) CHANGE OF DIET - Creating disorientation and increased susceptibility to emotional arousal by depriving the nervous system of
necessary nutrients through the use of special diets and/or fasting. Also applying drugs for these purposes fall in this category.
20) GAMES - Inducing dependence on the group by introducing games with obscure rules.
21) NO QUESTIONS - Accomplishing automatic acceptance of beliefs by discouraging questions.
22) GUILT - Reinforcing the need for 'salvation' by exaggerating the sins of the former lifestyles.
23) FEAR - Maintaining loyalty and obedience to the group by threatening soul, life or limb for the slightest 'negative' thought, word or deed.
Thr ee Pr inciples of Re-Education
1) REPETITION - Going through the same subject over and over again until it is known by heart.
2) ACTIVITY PEDAGOGICS - The subjects are never left alone nor give any private time of their own, they are always in activity.
3) CRITICISM AND SELF-CRITICISM - The subjects are supposed to feel uncertain; under the constant threat of being humiliated and
despised.
In the Korean War the "criticism and self-criticism" sessions held for the American prisoners of war by the Chinese clearly had deeper effects
than the POWs could initially comprehend, and when they found out, it was too late. In the beginning many prisoners found this whole procedure
just childish, and were inclined to take it merely as something of a joke, but without them being able to realize it, the situation of being subjected
constantly to the criticism of one's comrades became humiliating.
That a grown-up person should publicly discuss one's habits or inclinations -- some of them of very private nature -- confess one's faults, receive
strong criticism for insignificant misdemeanours, will not be indeed in the course of time anything to be considered childish or playful: it simply
will be experienced as insulting. This continuing feeling of humiliation became crucial in the gradual psychological break-up of the prisoners'
personalities. Furthermore, this ongoing process of "criticism and self-criticism" was bound to cause mistrust for one's own comrades: it was the
tactics of "divide and conquer" as the ancient Romans would have called it. ("Criticism and self-criticism" were also widely applied during
China's "Cultural Revolution" starting in 1966, as a method of "re-education".)
