LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

We, Export Development Canada, a company incorporated under the laws of Canada having its
registered office and its principal place of [] (“Company”) do hereby authorise M/s Wadia
Ghandy & Co. (herein after referred to as the “Advocate(s)” to be our Advocate/s and to act, appear
and represent us before any office, government authority, administrative or regulatory body, court,
tribunal, including but not limited to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (“ DGCA”), Airports
Authority of India (and/or any entity permitted under applicable laws to exercise the powers of the
Airports Authority of India in respect of operation and management of airports in India), Reserve
Bank of India, Customs authorities/Goods and Service Tax authorities (collectively referred to as the
“Authorities”) in relation to the repossession, deregistration, and / or export of one [] aircraft
bearing manufacturer’s serial number MSN [] (VT-[]) and all installed, incorporated or attached
accessories, parts and equipment, including two (2) [] engines bearing manufacturer’s serial number
[●] & [●] (the “Engines”) and one (1) auxiliary power unit of [[]]1 (the “APU”), whether or not the
Engines and the APU are currently installed on the subject aircraft (the “Aircraft”) and to execute,
sign, date, file, verify, amend and present documents or applications to any of the Authorities and/or
to address and/or respond to any correspondence with the Authorities, for and on our behalf, as our
Advocate(s) may deemed necessary and proper for the de-registration of the Aircraft from the Indian
aircraft registry and the export of the Aircraft from India.

Further, we authorise our Advocates to do all matters and things as they may deem fit and necessary
in connection with the above.
