Sub GVWV&VSWS Department – Village/Ward Secretariats’ Functionaries-

: Opening of Salary Accounts in HDFC Bank -Free Insurance Coverage
and avail certain benefts- Intimated – Regarding.

4. MoU between GVWV&VSWS Department & M/s. HDFC Bank

In the reference 1st & 2nd cited, the Village/Ward Secretariats’

Employee Association has raised certain issues and requested the
Government that the Functionaries who are working in Village/Ward
Secretariats are discharging their legitimate duties with utmost
honesty and integrity, while discharging duties some of their
colleagues are meeting accidents and sufering for Medical
expenses. The Families of the Functionaries who lost their lives in
accidents are worst afected since these Functionaries are only
Primary Bread Earners.
2. In the reference 3rd cited, M/s. FinGo Financial Solutions Pvt Ltd,
Hyderabad has advised that if the Village/Ward Secretariats
Functionaries open their Salary Saving Bank Account in HDFC Bank
they would get the following benefts:

a. Free Personal Accidental Death Coverage of Rs.30

lakhs (Permanent total/partial disabilities covered)
b. Free Additional Accidental cover up to INR 10 Lakhs with Debit card
c. Air Accidental cover of Rs. 1 Cr (Tickets to be booked with our
Partners bank/card).
d. Facilitating application of Rs. 2 Lakhs Life Insurance through
PMJJBY scheme
e. Free Educational beneft up to Rs. 4 Lakhs for children of deceased
employee per family,

f. Free Hospital Cash (Mediclaim) up to Rs. 15,000 Rs per annum per

employee for IPD
g. Life- Time Zero Balance Accounts to Employee and his/her family
(up to 4 free accounts)
h. Unlimited ATM Withdrawals with any bank ATM in India
i. Avail personal loan in 10 Seconds ofer for your salaried employees
(getting after the three months of salary credited in our account)
j. Avail hassle free Auto loans & home loans, two-wheeler loans
k. Discount on locker facilities
3. In the reference 4th cited, the GVWV&VSWS Department has
accordingly entered MoU with M/s. HDFC Bank to provide the
benefts / services ofered by them to the Village/Ward Secretariats
Functionaries.

4. If any unwanted incident happens, the claim will be processed and

facilitated by the M/s. HDFC Bank.

5. M/s. FinGo Financial Solutions Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad would deploy

dedicated Relationship Manager and ensure seamless delivery of
services ofered by the M/s. HDFC Bank.
6. Neither GVWV&VSWS Department nor Functionaries who open their
Salaries Savings Accounts in HDFC need to pay direct or indirect
charges / commission either to the M/s. HDFC Bank or M/s. FinGo
Financial Solutions Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad.
7. In this regard Joint Collectors (VWS&D) are requested to issue
instructions to all Municipal Commissioners / MPDOs with a direction
that the Village/Ward Secretariats Functionaries may open their
Salary Savings Bank Accounts in HDFC Bank and avail the benefts
ofered by them in the above para-No. 2. It is open to choice of the
Functionaries to open their Salary Savings Bank Accounts in HDFC
Bank and avail the benefts.

8. The authorities and employees may coordinate with M/s FinGo

Financial Solutions Pvt Limited to avail above services/benefts. M/s.
FinGo shall coordinate with the GVWVW&VSWS Department and M/s.
HDFC Bank to ensure seamless delivery of benefts.
