1. Currently we have received 3 PO, the PO numbers are:

PO9502 (corresponding raw material is IPI-001 container),
PO9503 (corresponding raw material is IPI-002),
PO9504 (corresponding raw material is IPI-003, this container is still in Ningbo).

Container loading (goods) is the same:

PA3-3125-02-6-GB (corresponding to 16-inch SLICK WALL),
PA3-3125-03-6-GB (corresponding to 18-inch SLICK WALL),
PA3-3125-04-6-GB (corresponding to the 20-inch SLICK WALL),
1,000 pieces each, and the whole container is 3,000 pieces.

2. The template (of the paper board) information for the first container labeling is:

3. Please note that:

- The sizes of pallets (different SPECS) are different;

- The sizes of the upper stack, middle and lower pallets of products (same SPECS) are also
different and are not universal.

4. In order to facilitate distinction and recording, each container must be given a letter + number.
Let’s start with the letter A. We define the first batch of PO as A, then PO9502 is the A1
container, and PO9503 is the A2 container, PO9504 is an A3 container.

5. There is pallet paper on each pallet, which is printed and placed in a plastic bag and taped to
the pallet.

The information on the pallet paper includes: PO number, container number (such as A1 or A2,
A3...), pallet serial number, specifications and quantity of the products on the pallet.

The format can refer to Ningbo's, but there are no requirements as long as the above information is
included.

For example: A1 container has a total of 3,000 pieces, and each pallet contains 100 pieces, which
means there are 30 pallets, numbered NO.A1-01 to A1-30.

Among them, A1-01 to A1-10 are PA3-3125-02-6-GB, A1-11 to A1-20 are PA3-3125-03-6-GB,
and A1-21 to A1-30 are PA3-3125-04-6-GB.

6. We can unpack the packaging according to the SPECS and PO for production, and then pack it
back according to the original pallet after completion.

The air humidity is high, and the stenciling label needs to be dried before being rust-proofed,
otherwise it will easily dissolve and the problem of unclear stenciling will occur.
