COMPOUND LAVA CAKE

INGREDIENTS for the 1st step:


Maxime Gioia Special 225g
Delice Gran Nocciola 150g
Shine Extra Dark 100g
Sugar 120g
Cake Flour 150g
Eggs 365g

METHOD:
• Melt in the microwave Maxime Gioia Special and Shine Extra dark. Set it aside for cool down then add also
Delice Gran Nocciola
• Meanwhile sift the flour and the sugar together in the same bowl
• Add the eggs and mix with a whisk for make it homogenous
• Then add the melted chocolate and mix it together
• Pour the cake mix in rings (previously sprayed) of 8cm diameter, around 4cm of cake mix
• Bake at 180 degrees for 8 minute and take out from the oven
• Let it rest for 5-10 minutes, then we can remove the rings and serve it when it is still hot
