    Butter Rolls
    500 gr bread flour
    250 g cake flour
    250 g Avonmore® unsalted butter
    12,5 g salt
    6 g instant yeast
    87 g Sugar
    330 ml Avonmore® full fat milk
    Avonmore Products Used:

    Corn bechamel
    20 gr butter
    20 gr flour
    300 gr milk
    150 gr cream cheese
    White Pepper
    100 gr cream corn

    200 gr Shredded Cheddar


    2 cobs fresh cook corn
