1.1 product description
The transmitter is an industrial wall-mounted high-protection grade enclosure, with a protection grade of IP65,
rain and snow proof and good air permeability. The circuit adopts American imported industrial-grade
microprocessor chips and imported high-precision temperature and humidity sensors to ensure excellent product
reliability, high precision and interchangeability. It adopts standard industrial interface 4~20mA/0~10V/0~5V
analog signal output, which can be connected to field digital display meter, PLC, frequency converter, industrial
control host and other equipment. It is safe and reliable, beautiful in appearance, and easy to install.

2. Equipment installation instructions

2.1 Inspection before equipment installation
Equipment List：
1. 1 set of temperature and humidity transmitter equipment
2. Certificate of conformity, warranty card, calibration report, etc.
3. 2 expansion plugs, 2 self-tapping screws
2.2Installation method
Wall mount
The back of the transmitter is equipped with a slide rail mounting plate. Remove the mounting plate first.
There are two expansion plugs and two self-tapping screws in the accessories. First, punch two holes with a
diameter of 5mm and a depth of ≥30mm on the wall (the opening spacing is 70mm). After inserting the expansion
plug, fix the slide rail mounting plate to the wall with self-tapping screws, and finally slide the transmitter into it.

Slide rail installation

The back of the transmitter is equipped with a slide rail mounting plate. Remove the mounting plate first. The
transmitter can be slid directly into the standard 35 rail.

2.3.1: Power wiring
Wide voltage 10~30V DC power input. For 0-10V output devices, only 24V power supply can be used.

3. Calculation method
3.1Current output signal conversion calculation
For example, the range is -40~+80 degrees Celsius, 4~20mA output, when the output signal is 12mA,
calculate the current temperature value. The span of this temperature range is 120 degrees, expressed by a 16mA
current signal, 120 degrees/16mA=7.5 degrees/mA, that is, the current 1mA represents a temperature change of 7.5
degrees. The measured value is 12mA-4mA=8mA.8mA*7.5 degrees/mA= 60 degrees. 60+(-40)=20 degrees, the
current temperature is 20 degrees.
3.2Voltage output signal conversion calculation
For example, the range is -40~+80 degrees Celsius, 0-10V output, when the output signal is 5V, calculate the
current temperature value. The span of this temperature range is 120 degrees, expressed by a 10V voltage signal,
120 degrees/10V=12 degrees/V, that is, a voltage of 1V represents a temperature change of 12 degrees. The
measured value is 5V-0V=5V.5V*12 degrees/V= 60 degrees. 60+(-40)=20 degrees, the current temperature is 20
degrees.
4.Key operation instructions

5. Common problems and solutions

No output or output error
possible reason:
1) The PLC calculation error is caused by the error corresponding to the range. Please refer to the technical
indicators in the first part of the range.
2) The wiring method is wrong or the wiring sequence is wrong.
3) The power supply voltage is wrong (24V power supply for 0-10V type).
4) The distance between the transmitter and the collector is too long, causing signal disturbance.
5) The PLC acquisition port is damaged.
6) The equipment is damaged.
