Guide to the GPA percentage calculator

Please convert your Bachelor's degree GPA into a percentage. If you have not completed
your Bachelor's degree yet, please enter the grades obtained at the time of application.

For students with a Bachelor's degree from an Indian university: As your grading scale
prevents you from making the GPA calculation you can upload your transcript instead.

How to fill in the GPA calculation form

Begin by entering your university’s best possible grade 1; 3 as well as the lowest passing
grade2; 5 into one of two calculators:

Calculator A - If your university's grading scale goes from low to high, where the higher
number is the better grade.

Calculator B - if your university’s grading scale goes from high to low, where the lower
number is the better grade. When using this, make sure to include the lowest possible
grade4 as well.

Enter the titles of all your completed courses as listed in your transcript with the
corresponding grades and credits obtained. If you have had courses completed with a
“pass” you leave the grades and credits section empty for these courses. If you have
completed/will complete a double bachelor’s degree, please make a GPA calculation for
each programme and upload both. When you are asked to submit your GPA in your
application you can choose one of your two calculated GPAs. We will consider both when
we assess your application.

Lastly, when you are finished, make sure to save this file as a an excel-file and upload it
in the Online Application Portal under your application. Name the excel-file: [Your
