Technology provision, support and services will be included in school fees. Parents and guardians will still need to
purchase devices and textbooks (hard copy and/or e-books) in accordance with the schooling model.

Annual payment in advance, due by Debit-order payments, which can be scheduled monthly in advance
31 January 2023 x 12 months on or about the 2nd, 16th or 26th of each month.

YOUR FAMILY CODE IS REQUIRED AS THE REFERENCE FOR ALL PAYMENTS.

Please note that cash payment at school is NOT accepted as a form of payment for fees.

DEBIT-ORDER COMPLETION

If you are not yet paying by debit order, we request that you do so as soon as possible since this substantially reduces
the administrative burden when identifying deposits into our bank account and allocating them to the correct learner
accounts. We rely on predictable monthly cash flows to manage our affairs.

Please complete a debit-order form and deliver it by hand to the school’s bursar before 3 December 2022. The form is
available from the school and on the Curro website at www.curro.co.za.

GENERAL
1. School fees

School fees for 2023 exclude the following:

• The e-learning device and any insurance, maintenance or other costs relating to the device itself.
An e-learning device is compulsory as from Grade 4.
• All textbooks and learning materials (including e-books)
• School uniform and sports clothes
• Any stationery that may be required
• Entrance fees, travel costs, accommodation and food for school excursions and sports trips, unless otherwise
advised by the school
• School photos
• Therapists’ and psychologists’ fees

2. Aftercare fees

Aftercare fees for 2023 include the following:

• One meal per day
• Supervision
• Limited homework support

Aftercare fees for 2023 exclude the following:

• Specialised subject and homework support

3. E-learning devices

E-learning devices will be utilised by all learners from Grade 4 to Grade 12.
This will have the following impact on you:
• If your child is in Grade 4 to Grade 12, it is compulsory for them to have an e-learning device with the correct
specifications as given by the school. You will be responsible for purchasing this e-learning device for your
child to use. The school will provide you with details and the minimum specifications required for the device.
Lockdown has shown us that a smartphone is not a suitable device to use for studying purposes. Our future-
focused curriculum demands a suitable device as indicated in our specifications.
• You will be responsible for the insurance and general maintenance and care of the device.

4. Curro Choice: Wider subject choice offering

A wider subject choice offering is now available to all learners at Curro and Curro-managed schools across the
country. The online classes are available during normal class times. An additional charge is applicable to learners
who opt for an additional subject (8th, 9th or 10th subjects), as outlined below.
