Duties/Responsibilities:

 To implement integrated TB, Malaria, HIV and Covid-19 services in respective districts/regions
with the goal of malaria elimination to achieve the target of end TB and NTP..
 Prepare action-plans and ensure successful implementation of project activities as per national
guidelines
 Close coordination and communication with NTP (District SMO, and Divisional TB-Specialist)
and Local Health Administration (Civil Surgeon, UHFPO, MO-DC) to ensure integration and
smooth implementation of projects at Upazila and District levels.
 Ensure capacity building of field level staff (both government and NGO) to increase public
ownership and sustainability.
 Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders including private sector engagement in
the district.
 Regular supervision and monitoring to ensure proper quality of field activities through extensive
field visits.
 Ensuring supply chain management like drugs, lab supplies, cartridges, chips, x-ray films etc. at
district level.
 Ensure optimum utilization of available resources and prompt provision of requests to fill vacant
posts.
 Supervision and audit of financial records at district and sub-district level Analyze district level
data and prepare desired programmatic and other reports within prescribed timelines.
 Practice and promote the organization's gender policy and support the implementation of gender
 equality and women's empowerment at all levels.
 Ensure the safety of program participants, who interact with organizations and team members to
achieve program goals of implementing protection from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and
exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA). Acting as a key source of safety
support, guidance and expertise to establish a safe work environment.
 Practice, promote and approve security policy issues among team members and ensure
implementation of security standards at every step.
 Follow protective reporting procedures when a reportable incident occurs, encouraging others to
do the same.

