We wish to inform you that we, the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) will be
having a ROTC Orientation on that requires all the 1st year students to attend on 13 of
September 2023 at F.S Zamora Hall CSU Lal-lo Campus.

In this connection, we would like to ask for permission to excuse the following ROTC
Cadet Officers from their respective classes on 13 of September 2023 to participate on the
said event.
