Ingredients: LIST :
Group 1:
• 3 bacon slices, diced Leader – John Dominic
• ¼ Shredded Cheese Members:

• 1 tsp of garlic, minced - Gian Rovert Aguirre

• pinch of salt and pepper - Edwin Ison
Step 4: Get a bowl, and crack 3 eggs, use a whisk to mix it.
Step 5: After you whisk the eggs, add some salt and pepper.
Step 6: Use the pan that you cook earlier, and add a bit of oil, you can use butter as
well, but we use the bacon's oil. pour the whisked eggs in the pan. Swirl it until
there are evenly distributed.
Step 7: wait until it sets. once they begin to set, use a spatula to gently push the
edges in slightly and swirl the pan so that any uncooked eggs on the top pour over
the sides to the edges of the pan and cook. After the omelette is mostly set about 5-
6 minutes, carefully flip it and turn off the heat.
Step 8: Then sprinkle some cheese and add the bacon on one half of the omelette.
Step 9 : gently fold the other half over the toppings. Add the bacon you just saved,
placed it on the top and bottom, add some more shredded cheese (you can add
more garnishes if you like) and you're done!
