Symptom
You can create and change the Certificate Profile Assignment via transaction QC15 and QC16.
You want to know what changes have been made to the quality certificate assignment via a change log or change history.

Environment
Release Independent.
Quality Management is active in the system.

Reproducing the Issue

1. You maintain quality certificate profiles via transaction QC15 and QC16.
2. You can display them via transaction QC17.
3. But there is no change log/change history available to view.

Cause
Due to design restrictions, there is no change history available for transactions QC15 and QC16.

Resolution
Currently there are no system design plans to incorporate change history for transactions QC15 and QC16.
