the Federal Ministry of Health as an authority agency, organizing workshops, and overseeing quarterly
reports. These experiences have refined my skills as an HSE professional.

My thesis project, a comprehensive Risk Assessment at Kaial Engineering Industrial Foundry, allowed me
to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. I conducted workplace inspections, assessed health
stress and strain, gathered information through questionnaires and interviews, and analyzed data to
develop actionable recommendations. These experiences have equipped me with a well-rounded
understanding of occupational health and safety practices.
