NAME OF WORK :CONSTRUCTION OF CASHUTEC CONSTRUCTION SKILL

TRAINING CENTRE AT RAICHUR CITY

ESTIMATED COST : Rs. 200.00 Lakhs

. The rates adopted as per Rate Analysis 2018-19 PWD SR rate. The following
provisions made in the estimate.
Ground Floor
1. Earthwork in surface excavation in ordinary soil for leveling and lowering the ground manually (
other than foundation of buildings, culverts, road drains and trenches of pipe lines and cables ) and
removing the excavated stuff to a distance not exceeding 50m and lift up to 1.5m
2. Earthwork excavation for foundation of buildings, water supply, sanitary lines and electrical
conduits either in pits or in trenches 1.5m and above in width, in ordinary soil not exceeding 1.5
m. in depth including dressing the bottom
3. Providing And Laying in Position Plain Cement Concrete of Mix M7.5 with OPC cement
@240kgs, with 40mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.878cum and fine
aggregates @ 0.459cum
4. Providing and constructing granite / trap / basalt size stone masonry in foundation
5. Providing and constructing granite / trap / basalt size stone masonry in basement
6. Providing and Laying in position reinforced cement concrete of design mix M 20 with opc cement
@ 320 kgs , with 20mm and down size granite metal coarse aggregates 0.70 cum and fine
aggregates 0.47cum, (Footings)
7. Providing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc., and removal of form work
for foundations, footings,
8. Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of design mix M20 with OPC cement
@ 320kgs, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.69cum and fine
aggregtes @ 0.46cum, with superplastisiser @3lts confirming to IS9103-1999 Reaffirmed-2008,
machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, vibrated for all works in
ground floor level for Column

11. Providing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc., for edges of slabs and
breaks in floor
12. Filling available excavated earth ( excluding rock ) in sides of foundations upto plinth in layers not
exceeding 20 cms. in depth, compacting each deposited layer by ramming after watering
13. Earthwork excavation (in deposited soil) and filling sides of foundation up to plinth in layers not
exceeding 20 cms. In depth, compacting each deposited layer by ramming after watering with lead
up to 50m.
14. Providing and Constructing precast concrete solid block with compressive strength not less than
5Kn/Sqmm with cement mortar 1:4 masonry (quoin, Jamb, Closer Blocks) with solid concrete
blocks of size 40x20x20CMS confirming to IS 2185-1965 in super structure
15. Providing and constructing non-load bearing wall with solid cement concrete blocks of size
40x10x20cms having a block density not less tha 1800kg/m3 having a minimum average
compressive strength of 4 Newton per sqmm conforming to I.S : 2185/1965
16. Providing and Laying in position reinforced cement concrete of design mix M 20 with opc cement
@ 320 kgs , with 20mm and down size granite metal coarse aggregates 0.70 cum and fine
aggregates 0.47cum, (Lintel)
17. Providing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc., and removal of form work

30. Providing lime rendering for plastering to wall,
31. Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in single coat with cement mortar 1:3, to ceiling

33. Providing Honne wood frame of Doors, windows, clerestory windows, ventilators and other
frame, wrought, framed or assembled including making plaster grooves, (excluding cost of cement
plaster and side clamps)
34. Providing and Fixing in Position Honne Wood Fully paneled shutters at door, styles and rails of
40mm thick
35. SOLID PVC DOOR FRAME Providing & fixing factory made PVC Door frame
36. Providing and fixing flush door shutter made out of solid core black board type, well seasoned
chemically treated hard wood battens and internal frame with minimum 45 mm wide wooden
frame
37. Providing and fixing M.S.grill work for windows and ventilators weighing 25kg/sqm using M.S.
flats, or M.S. square rods
38. Providing and in fixing in position anodized aluminum windows and ventilators as per approved
drawings with sliding shutters using four track window frame of size 122.2x31.75mm
39. Providing and fixing Ceramic tiles of size 400x400mm for flooring, threads, steps and landing,
laid on a bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3
40. Providing and fixing Special make glazed Vitrified tiles (Granomite finish) of approved make,
quality and colour of size 600x600x10mm thick
41. Providing and laying flooring for corridors/lobbies using combination of pre polished 19 mm thick
water cut/gang saw Grey Granite,
42. Providing skirting, dado, rises of steps with color glazed tiles 6mm thick
43. Providing and applying painting in two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand on
wall surface to give an even approved shade after thoroughly brushing the surface, free from
mortar drops and other foreign matter
44. Providing and finishing external walls in two coats over one coat of primer with antifungal paint
of approved brand and shade to give an even shade after thoroughly brooming the surface to
remove all dirt and loose powdered material, free from mortar drops and other foreign matter

45. Providing and applying painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood surface and / or
wood based surface with enamel paint
46. Providing and fixing 304 - grade stainless steel hand rails of 14-gauge pipes for Ramps or
Staircase are made out of stainless steel hallow pipes, using 50mm dia for verticals @1.60 mtr c/c
are fixed to the ramps or steps
47. Providing and applying enamel metal paint two coats ( excluding priming coat ) over new steel or
other metal surface brushing to give an even shade after cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign
matter
48. Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with single or double leaf with vertical
channel
49. Providing, fabricating and fixing of stick type structural glazing using Alluminium Extrusions of
63.5 mm x 58.00 mmx 2.25 mm of 1.73 kgs/ mtr for vertical and Horizontal members and 63.5
mm x 38.1 x 1.33 mm of 0.759 kg/Mtr, as outer frame with Electro Anodized Paint coated block
finishing, using 6mm thick

Headroom
1. Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of design mix M20 with OPC cement @
320kgs, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.69cum and fine aggregtes @
0.46cum, with superplastisiser @3lts confirming to IS9103-1999 Reaffirmed-2008, machine mixed,
concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, vibrated for all works in ground floor level for Column
2. Providing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc., for columns

and fabrication charges
15. Providing and in fixing in position anodized aluminum windows and ventilators as per approved
16. Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet garage door with frame and diagonal braces of size 40x40x6
mm angle Iron, 3.15mm thick M.S. Gusset plates at the junctions and corners, with handles, stoppers and
locking arrangements etc.,
