Why do you think RA is commonly having lower back pain?

Poor skeletal alignment


Poor pelvic alignment

Lower back pain may be less severe in people with RA. Why?
Because most of the RA people already on some form of NSAIDS or steroids, hence
that medicine already serve as "pain killer"
Also RA causes physical changes in the spine that surpress the growth of bone spurs
hence reducing the risk of impinged nerves
